Ակբա բանկն իր փորձն է ներկայացրել «Տնօրենների խորհուրդների աշխատանքը Հայաստանում․ մարտահրավերներ և հնարավորություններ» խորագրով համաժողովին՝ ընդգծելով կորպորատիվ կառավարման առանցքային դերը Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման գործում։

Համաժողովը մեկ հարթակում է միավորել բիզնեսների ղեկավարների, խորհրդի նախագահների, քաղաքականություն մշակողների և միջազգային փորձագետների՝ Հայաստանում կորպորատիվ կառավարման մշակույթի զարգացման հնարավորությունները քննարկելու համար։

Ակբա բանկը դեռևս 2022 թվականին մեկնարկել է կորպորատիվ կառավարման բարեփոխումների լայնածավալ ծրագիր՝ բանկում բարձրացնելով կառավարման որակն ու ամրապնդելով վստահությունը բաժնետերերի և ներդրողների շրջանում։ Այդ մասին է նաև փաստում 2024թ.-ին Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության խմբի դուստր ընկերություն Պրոպարկոյի՝ Ակբա բանկի 10% բաժնետեր դառնալը։

«Ակբա բանկը կարևորում է Հայաստանում կորպորատիվ կառավարման մշակույթի զարգացումը։ Մենք համարում ենք, որ դա առանցքային դեր պետք է խաղա տնտեսության զարգացման, ընկերությունների խոշորացման գործում։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ընկերություններն ունեն կապիտալի միջոցով զարգանալու և ռազմավարական գործընկերներ ներգրավելու խնդիր։ Միայն վստահությամբ է հնարավոր  ներգրավել ռազմավարական գործընկերներ։ Իսկ վստահությունն անհնար է առանց կորպորատիվ կառավարման»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ Ռաֆայել Սարգսյանը։

«Ակբա բանկը կառավարման գործընթացում շատ մեծ փորձ ունի, որը կարող է  փոխանցել այլ ընկերությունների։ Մեր ինստիտուտը հենց այն վայրն է, որտեղ կարող ենք Ակբա բանկի փորձը փոխանցել մյուսներին։ Ակբա բանկը շատ ակտիվ աշխատում է ոչ միայն խորհրդի, այլև զուգահեռ հանձնախմբերի հետ. կորպորատիվ կառավարման պրոցեսի գունապնակը Ակբա բանկում կա, որից կարողանում ենք նաև սովորել»,- նշել է  Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արմենուհի Հովակիմյանը։

«Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտը կարևոր կառույց է կորպորատիվ կառավարման լավագույն փորձին ծանոթանալու, առաջնորդությանը աջակցելու և տնօրենների մասնագիտական կարողությունները զարգացնելու համար։  Կորպորատիվ կառավարումն ու առաջնորդությունը վճռական կարևորություն ունեն տնտեսական աճի, զարգացման և հասարակությունների բարեկեցության առաջմղման գործում։ Հասարակությունն իրական առաջնորդության կարիք է զգում ոչ թե այն ժամանակ, երբ խնդիրները պարզ են և լուծումը տեխնիկական, այլ այն ժամանակ, երբ անհրաժեշտ է նոր մտածողություն, նոր մոտեցումներ և մարդկանց համախմբելու կարողություն»,- նշել է ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը։

Համաժողովը կազմակերպել է Տնօրենների հայկական ինստիտուտը՝ իր գործունեության  10-ամյակի շրջանակում։
