Քննչական կոմիտեն երեկ մի քանի ժամ շարունակ խուզարկություն է իրականացրել Երևանում Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունում։ Նույնիսկ փրկարար ծառայողների են հրավիրել իրենց հատուկ տեխնիկայով, որպեսզի կոտրեն չհրկիզվող պահարանն ու ինչ-որ թղթեր հանեն։ Քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ հաղորդագրություն չի տարածել, չի պարզաբանել, թե ինչու է 5 ժամ խուզարկություն իրականացրել Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունում։

Ըստ փաստաբանի, չհրկիզվող պահարանից դուրս են բերել միայն «Ազատ Արցախ» թերթն ու դատարկ թղթապանակներ, առգրավել են նաև համակարգիչները։ Քրեական վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է այս տարվա հունիսին և կապված է ենթադրյալ տնտեսական հանցագործության հետ, բայց Արցախի պաշտոնյաները վստահ են, որ խոսքը առավելապես քաղաքական հետապնդման մասին է։ Նախօրեին Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունում Արցախի խորհրդարանը լսումներ էր գումարել արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ, և բավականին խիստ գնահատականներ էին հնչել։

Հաջորդ օրն իսկ Քննչական կոմիտեն ներխուժել էր Արցախի ներկայացուցչություն։ Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արտակ Բեգլարյանն է պնդում, որ խուզարկությունները քաղաքական են, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են փակելու Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները և կատարելու Ադրբեջանի կամքը։ Ալիևի իշխանությունը Հայաստանից պահանջում է փակել Արցախի բոլոր պետական ինստիտուտները, լուծարել դրանք և վերջ դնել Արցախի հարցին ընդհանրապես։ Ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը նախօրեին Համբուրգում հայտարարել էր, թե առաջարկել է ադրբեջանցիներին հայելային փակել երկու հարցերը՝ արցախցիների վերադարձի հարցը և այսպես կոչված՝ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» հարցը։ Ըստ էության, Արցախի ներկայացուցչության դեմ ճնշումները տեղավորվում են հենց այս տրամաբանության մեջ։
