ԶՈՒ պահեստազորի փոխգնդապետը դիմում է իրավապահներին. ի՞նչ իրավական հիմքով է սպային դանակահարած անձը նշանակվել ՊՆ նախարար
VIDEOՀՀ Զինված ուժերի պահեստազորի փոխգնդապետ, «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Նառա Գևորգյանն իր հարցազրույցում դիմել է իրավապահ մարմիններին` պահանջելով իրավական գնահատական և համապատասխան արձագանք.
«Ես դիմում եմ իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ ակնկալելով իրավական գնահատական և պարզաբանում հետևյալ հարցերի վերաբերյալ․
1. Ի՞նչ իրավական հիմքով է սպային դանակահարած անձը զբաղեցնում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնը, և ի՞նչ հոդվածով է նա ազատվել պատասխանատվությունից։
2. Ինչպե՞ս է անհայտ մոտոցիկլավար անձը հայտնվել մարտական դիրքերում, նկարահանել դիրքապահներին և դիրքերը։ Այս հարցը մինչ օրս մնացել է անպատասխան։
3. Դիմում եմ նաև ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին․ մեկ տարի առաջ իմ՝ որպես ԶՈւ պահեստազորի փոխգնդապետի, մուտքը արգելվել է զինվորական հոսպիտալ, այն դեպքում, երբ վտանգված է եղել իմ կյանքն ու առողջությունը։ Ո՞վ է պատասխանատվություն կրելու դրա համար։
4. Ինչու՞ պատշաճ պատասխան չի տրվել այն հարցին՝ Սյունիքի թևում հերթափոխ իրականացնելիս հայ դիրքապահներին ադրբեջանական կողմը խուզարկու՞մ է, թե ոչ:
5. Ինչու՞ մինչ օրս չի լուծվել պահեստազորի սպաների՝ արձակուրդների և շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին ծառայության դիմաց գումարների փոխհատուցման հարցը։
6. Ինչպե՞ս է 2022 թվականից ՊՆ նախարարի օգնականի քարտուղարուհին հաստիքով ընդգրկված նաև այլ ստորաբաժանման՝ ականազերծողների զորամասի գումարտակի բուժկետի պետի պաշտոնում։
7. Թող իրավապահ մարմինները ուսումնասիրեն կադրերի վարչության կողմից իրականացվող ատեստավորման գործընթացը։
8.Թող պարզվի, թե ինչպե՞ս է քաղաքի Ռազմական ոստիկանության պետը նշանակվել պաշտոնի. նա որևէ վարժական հավաքի չի մասնակցել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարություն է տարածել և դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին առ այն, որ 15.12.2025 թ․ Ն. Գևորգյանի կողմից փոխանցված տեղեկությունը՝ Մեղրիի զորամասում ներթափանցման փորձի կանխման վերաբերյալ, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
