Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, «Շիշ բռնող» մականունով Հայկ Սարգսյանը հաջորդ խորհրդարանում, ըստ ամենայնի, չի լինի։ Օրերս «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչությունը իր նիստում վերջինիս գրանցումը մերժել է, իսկ այդ հարցում վարչությունը գրեթե միակարծիք է եղել։ Վարչության 20 անդամներից միայն երեքն են կողմ եղել Հայկ Սարգսյանի գրանցմանը։ 

Հայկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ նման վերաբերմունքը բավականին երկար պատմություն ունի, բայց առաջին հերթին կապված է նրա հոր՝ Զարեհ Սարգսյանի հետ։ Վերջինս, տևական ժամանակ, լրջորեն օգնել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, այդ թվում նաև «հեղափոխությունից» առաջ։ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխության օրերին Հայկ և Նաիրի Սարգսյանները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողքին են եղել անընդհատ, «Շիշ բռնող» մականունն էլ այն ժամանակներից է մնացել։ Իշխանություն վերցնելուց հետո Հայկ Սարգսյանը պաշտոն ստացավ նախ ՊՎԾ-ում, ապա և գնաց խորհրդարան, իսկ եղբայրը տևական ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնականն էր։

Պաշտոնի լուրջ հավակնություններ ուներ նաև նրանց հայրը՝ Զարեհ Սարգսյանը, ով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի օրոք մի քանի տարի դատապարտված է եղել կաշառակերության հոդվածով։ Ու վերջինիս ամբիցիաները Փաշինյանն անընդհատ զսպել է, բայց և խորհրդարանում Հայկ Սարգսյանին հաջողվել է խաթարել հարաբերությունները կուսակիցների հետ։ Հատկապես օնլայն և սովորական խաղատների վերաբերյալ նրա հայտարարությունների, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հետ ունեցած կոնֆլիկտի պատճառով է, որ վերջինս այժմ դուրս է մնում խորհրդարանական ընտրացուցակից ու թեպետ խոստանում է իր չգրանցումը բողոքարկել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համապատասխան մարմիններում, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ «Շիշ բռնողին» այլևս չի հաջողվի բռնել Փաշինյանի շիշը։
