Ադրբեջանական բանտերում օրեցօր վատանում է հայ գերիների վիճակը

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Բաքվի բանտում պահվող հայ գերիներից 70-ամյա Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը հոսպիտալացվել է։ Ըստ ադրբեջանական աղբյուրների՝ կտրուկ վատացել է նրա ինքնազգացողությունը, շնչահեղձություն և սրտի ցավեր է ունեցել։ Նրան առաջին օգնությունը ցուցաբերել են բանտի բժիշկները, սակայն վերակենդանացման գործողությունները որևէ դրական դինամիկայի չեն հանգեցրել։
Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանը գիշերը տեղափոխվել է պետական բժշկական հաստատություն։ Ըստ բժիշկների՝ նրա վիճակը «ծանր» է, բայց դրական փոփոխություն կա, դեղորայքային բուժում են սկսել։ Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանին 2023 թվականի հուլիսի վերջին Հաքարիի կամուրջից ձերբակալել էին և իջեցրել Կարմիր խաչի մեքենայից։ Վերջինս Երևան էր շտապում հրատապ վիրահատության։ Երկու տարի անց արդեն 70-ամյա Վագիֆ Խաչատրյանի առողջական վիճակը ծանր է։ Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ ծանր վիճակում է մեկ այլ գերի՝ Վիգեն Էուլջեքջյանը։
Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է կտտանքների և խոշտանգումների ենթարկել հայ գերիներին, և որքան էլ վերջիններս արժանապատիվ կեցվածք դրսևորեն, դատարանների դահլիճներում ցույց տան ադրբեջանական մեղադրանքների սնանկությունը, պայքարեն մինչև վերջ իրենց իրավունքների համար, ուղերձներ հղեն, որտեղ ցույց տան իրենց ոգու տոկունությունը, խնդիրն այն է, որ հայ գերիները արդեն տարիներ շարունակ կտտանքների ու խոշտանգումների են ենթարկվում։ Առնվազն, եթե ոչ ծեծի, ապա հոգեբանական բռնության են ենթարկվում։ Բավարար բժշկական օգնություն չի ցուցաբերվում, խնդիրներ կան՝ կապված բուժման հետ։ Իսկ Կարմիր խաչը վաղուց այլևս Ադրբեջանում չի գործում, և նույնիսկ հայ գերիներին ծանրոցներ ուղարկել հնարավոր չի լինում։
Այս պայմաններում Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, գրեթե դադարեցրել են խոսել գերիների մասին և ստիպված 1–2 հերթապահ հայտարարություն են անում, երբ նրանց նեղն են գցում և պարտադրում որևէ կերպ տեղեկություն հաղորդել, թե ի՞նչ է արվում գերիների վերադարձի ուղղությամբ։ Եվ քանի դեռ Հայաստանի իշխանության ղեկին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, հայ գերիները շարունակելու են խոշտանգումների ենթարկվել ադրբեջանական բանտերում։
