«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ղեկավարությունը գրեթե ողջ կազմով նախօրեին հավաքվել է Արտաշատի «Ադանա» ռեստորանում՝ տարեվերջյան քաղաքական ժողով անելու։ Մասնակցել են կառավարության անդամները, պատգամավորներ, Երևանի քաղաքապետը, մարզպետներ, քաղաքապետներ, վարչության անդամներ՝ «Քաղպայմանագրի» հիմնական կորիզը՝ մի քանի հարյուր հոգի։ Իսկ արդեն ժողովից հետո քպականները մի լավ քեֆ են արել՝ ճանապարհելով 2025 թվականը։

Ուշագրավ է, որ տարեվերջյան այդ ժողովին ու խնջույքին չեն մասնակցել Հայկ և Նաիրի Սարգսյանները։ Հիշեցնենք, վերջիններիս գրանցումը խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընտրացուցակում մերժել են, և եղբայրները, ինչպես նաև նրանց հայրը, խիստ նեղացած են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից։ Փոխարենը Արտաշատ էին մեկնել ՔՊ այլ անդամներ, որոնց ևս մերժել են գրանցել ընտրական ցուցակներում։ Ժողովին, ապա և խնջույքին մասնակցել է նաև Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը, ում անունը կրկին չի լինելու ՔՊ ընտրական ցուցակում։

Արշակյանը ևս նեղացած է ՔՊ-ից և հայտարարել էր, թե տեղափոխվելու է մասնավոր հատված, բայց տարածված տեսանյութերում և լուսանկարներում Արշակյանի բավականին ջերմ դիմավորումը, շփումները վկայում են, որ վերջինս կարողացել է կարգավորել իր հարաբերությունները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ չի բացառվում, որ Արշակյանը մասնավոր հատված այդպես էլ չտեղափոխվի, այլ տեղափոխվի գործադիր՝ այլ բարձր պաշտոնի, թեպետ ոչ ԲՏԱ նախարար։Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի անունն էլ չի լինելու ընտրական ցուցակում, բայց նա կմնա իր պաշտոնին։
