Ընդդիմադիրները Փոստանջյանին շանս չտվեցին

ԱԺ Պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովում երկար քննարկումից հետո տեղի ունեցավ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ընտրության քվեարկությունը: Քվեարկության ժամանակ հենց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների դիրքորոշումների արդյունքում ԱԺ լիագումար նիստի անցավ Հանրապետականի թեկնածու Արման Թաթոյանը:
Բանն այն է, որ թեկնածուներից Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի օգտին կողմ քվեարկեց 5 պատգամավոր, իսկ Արման Թաթոյանի օգտին՝ 7, դեմ՝ 4 պատգամավոր: Հետաքրքրական է մի հանգամանք, որ քվեարկության չմասնակցեց ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը: Նա իր ելույթում անդրադարձավ մեղադրանքներին, թե Արման Թաթոյանը մասնակցել է մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի քննությանը՝ ասելով, որ Թաթոյանը քննության հետ կապ չունի:
«Դա արդարադատության փոխնախարար է արել, ով հիմա բոլորովին այլ տեղ է աշխատում: Երևի իրավաբանները գլխի ընկան՝ ում մասին է խոսքը»,- ասել էր Ջհանգիրյանը:
Նրան շտապել էր պատասխանել Փոստանջյանը՝ պնդելով, որ Արման Թաթոյանը կապ ունի մարտի 1-ի հետ: Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն էլ իր ամփոփիչ ելույթում ասաց, որ Ջհանգիրյանը պաշտպանեց իշխանության թեկնածուին: Լիագումար նիստում Փոստանջյանին սեփական թեկնածությունը քննարկելու հնարավորությունից զրկեց նաև Արծվիկ Մինասյանը՝ քվեարկելով բոլոր թեկնածուների օգտին:
Նկատենք, որ եթե Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը և Արծվիկ Մինասյանն իրենց ձայները տային միայն Փոստանջյանին, ապա հավասար ձայների առկայությունը թույլ կտար լիագումար նիստում քննարկել ոչ միայն Արման Թաթոյանի թեկնածությունը, այլև Զարուհի Փոստանջյանինը: Մեկ հետաքրքիր հանգամանք ևս. Փոստանջյանի օգտին ոչ մի պատգամավոր չէր քվեարկել, այնինչ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը քվեարկությունից հետո պնդում էր, թե վեց հանրապետական դեմ է քվեարկել:
