Ո՞ւմ համար է աշխատում Սոլովյովը

Ռուսաստանցի հայտնի քարոզիչ Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հերթական հայտարարությունը Հայաստանում կրկին հակառուսական կրքեր է բորբոքել։ Իր ռադիոհաղորդման ընթացքում տխրահռչակ Սոլովյովը հայտարարել է, թե այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում, Ռուսաստանի համար շատ ավելի ցավոտ է, քան այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում Վենեսուելայում։ «Հայաստանի կորուստը հսկայական խնդիր է։ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի խնդիրը հսկայական խնդիր է մեզ համար, և մենք պետք է շատ հստակ ձևակերպենք մեր նպատակներն ու խնդիրները։ Մենք պետք է բացատրենք. խաղերն ավարտվել են։ Թքած միջազգային իրավունքի վրա»,-ասել է Սոլովյովն ու հավելել. «Եթե մեր ազգային անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով մենք անհրաժեշտություն ունեինք Հատուկ ռազմական գործողությունը գործարկեինք Ուկրաինայի տարածքում, ինչո՞ւ նույն պատճառներով չենք կարող այն գործարկել մեր ազդեցության գոտու մյուս կետերում»։
Ըստ էության, ռուսաստանցի լրագրողը որևէ նոր բան չի ասում, բայց հաշվի առնելով թե՛ համատեքստը, թե՛ ինչպես նաև այս հայտարարությունն արվելու ժամկետն ու պայմանները, բարդ չէր գուշակել, որ նման հայտարարությունը հայաստանյան որոշակի շրջանակների մոտ կրկին հակառուսական կրքեր է բորբոքելու՝ Կրեմլի ուղղությամբ ցեխարձակումներ իրականացնելու համար։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ռուսական կառավարական շրջանակներում Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ 2 մոտեցումներ կան։ Մեկը՝ չափավոր մոտեցումն է և փափուկ ուժի կիրառումը։ Ըստ այդմ, Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունները վերացնելու համար ոչ թե կոշտ մեթոդների դիմել, այլ ավելի շուտ փորձել համագործակցել, եթե ոչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների, գոնե հասարակության հետ՝ հնարավորինս մարելով հակառուսականության ալիքը։ Այս մոտեցման առաջատար դեմքերից մեկը հայկական ծագումով Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Միշուստին է։
Մյուս մոտեցումը չափազանց կոշտ և բիրտ ուժ կիրառելով, ճնշումներով Հայաստանում իրավիճակ փոխելն է, որը, նշենք, վաղուց արդեն ցույց է տվել իր անարդյունավետությունը, և ընդհակառակը, փաշինյանական իշխանություններն օգտագործում են այս հանգամանքը՝ հակառուսական նոր ալիք բարձրացնելու համար։ Հատկապես այս ուղղության վրա է աշխատում Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը՝ կրկին հայազգի Սերգեյ Լավրովի գլխավորությամբ։ Եվ Սոլովյովն էլ, ըստ ամենայնի, թելում է հենց այս երկրորդ խմբի թելը։ Եվ այժմ արևմտամետ շրջանակները կրկին առիթ են ստացել հակառուսականության ալիք բարձրացնելու և մեղադրանքների թիրախը ուղղելու դեպի Կրեմլ։ Կարելի է վիճել Սոլովյովի ասածի վերաբերյալ, բայց փաստ է, որ այն, ինչ անում է այդ հայտնի և տխրահռչակ պրոպագանդիստը, ավելի շատ վնասում է հայ ռուսական հարաբերություններին։
