Ռուսական հայտնի ինստիտուտի զեկույցը ուշագրավ շերտեր է բացահայտում

Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները հրապարակել են Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Համաշխարհային տնտեսության և միջազգային հարաբերությունների ինստիտուտի զեկույցը, որում ուշագրավ արձանագրումներ են արվել։ Նշվում է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ողջ ուժերն ուղղում է քաղաքական դաշտի զտմանը՝ 2026 թվականի ընտրություններում իր հաղթանակի երաշխիքներն ապահովելու համար։
Զեկույցի ամենաուշագրավ հատվածը վերաբերում է տիտղոսային ընդդիմությանը։ Փաստելով, որ շարունակվում են հետապնդումները Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահներ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Սերժ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ, դատական գործընթացներ են ընթանում նրանց մերձավոր ազգականների և մի շարք կողմնակիցների դեմ, զեկույցն ընդգծում է, թե 2026թ. համար Փաշինյանին անհրաժեշտ է համոզիչ, անվիճելի հաղթանակ՝ խորհրդարանում սահմանադրական մեծամասնությունը պահպանելու համար, ինչը նրան թույլ կտա անցնել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների և շարունակել իր արտաքին քաղաքական կուրսը, որն ուղղված է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ մերձեցմանը և արագացված եվրաինտեգրմանը»։
Միևնույն ժամանակ նշվում է, որ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը, ըստ փորձագիտական գնահատականների, լուրջ մրցակցության բացակայության պայմաններում 2026 թվականին հաջողության հասնելու բոլոր շանսերն ունի։ «Քաղաքական ուժերի ստեղծված դասավորվածության գլխավոր պատճառներից մեկը նախկին ղեկավարների բարձր հակավարկանիշն է, որը նրանց թույլ չի տալիս ապահովել հանրապետության բնակչության զգալի մասի աջակցությունը։ Իշխող կուսակցությունը, այդ թվում՝ վարչական ռեսուրսի ներգրավման և երկրի տեղեկատվական դաշտում փաստացի մենաշնորհի հաշվին, ընտրարշավի ակնհայտ ֆավորիտն է թվում։ Իշխանության և ընդդիմության միջև ավանդական դիմակայությունից բացի, արժե նշել երրորդ ուժի բացակայությունը, որի պահանջարկը Հայաստանում վաղուց կա, ինչպես նաև նոր վառ և միաժամանակ միավորող քաղաքական գործիչների բացակայությունը»,-ընդգծվում է զեկույցում։
Իհարկե, որևէ բառ չկա թափ հավաքող նոր ընդդիմադիր ուժի՝ «Մեր ձևով» շարժման մասին, բայց, թիրախավորելով Քոչարյանի և Սարգսյանի գլխավորած ուժերին, ռուսաստանցի փորձագետները տողատակով հասկացնում են, որ միայն չվարկաբեկված միավորները կարող են մրցակցել Փաշինյանի հետ։ Այսպիսի զեկույցները սովորաբար դրվում են քաղաքականություն որոշողների սեղանին, և փաստացի չի բացառվում, որ 2026թ. ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ռուսական կողմն իր ողջ խաղադրույքը դնի հենց Սամվել Կարապետյանի գլխավորած շարժման վրա՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հաղթելու համար։
