Լավրովն անցել է կոշտ զգուշացումների

Կրեմլի պաշտոնական քարոզիչներ Սոլովյովի և Դուգինի՝ Հայաստանի հասցեին արված կոշտ հայտարարություններից հետո երեկ ոչ պակաս կոշտ հայտարարությունների է անցել նաև Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը։
Ճիշտ է՝ դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումներով, սակայն դրանից հարցի էությունը չի փոխվում։ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից Ռուսաստանին ուղղված «հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների» վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքները տարակուսանք են առաջացնում Մոսկվայում։ Ասուլիսում լրագրողներից մեկը նշել է, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունների հակաեկեղեցական արշավը մեծ մասամբ ներկայացվում է որպես Ռուսաստանից բխող «հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների» դեմ պայքար։ Լավրովը պատասխանել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ցավով է հետևում Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նա ընդգծել է, որ վերջերս թե՛ վարչապետը, թե՛ ԱԺ խոսնակը չեն հերքել, որ Հայաստանի դեմ ուղղված «հիբրիդային սպառնալիքները» իբր բխում են նաև Ռուսաստանի կողմից։ «Հայտարարությունները տարակուսանք են առաջացնում։
ԵՄ-ի հետ մերձեցումը անհետևանք չի անցնում։ Հենց ԵՄ-ն է անընդհատ պնդում «Ռուսաստանից բխող հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների» մասին։ ԵՄ-ն փող է տալիս դրա համար․ վերջերս խոսվեց 15 մլն եվրոյի մասին։ Կասկած չունեմ, որ Բրյուսելի բյուրոկրատիան կստիպի մեր հայ բարեկամներին հատուցել այդ տրանշի յուրաքանչյուր ցենտի համար», — նշել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը։ Նա անդրադարձել է նաև ԵՄ—ԵԱՏՄ դիլեմային՝ նշելով, թե այդ հարցերը բազմիցս քննարկել է իր հայ գործընկեր Արարատ Միրզոյանի և վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։
«Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Եվրոպական միության գործունեության սկզբունքներին քիչ թե շատ ծանոթ յուրաքանչյուրի համար ակնհայտ է, որ անհնար է անցնել Եվրամիության չափանիշներին՝ մնալով ԵԱՏՄ անդամ։ Դա մեկ անգամ չէ, որ մեր փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը պարզաբանել է իր հայ գործընկերոջ հետ շփումներում», — ասել է Լավրովը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ դա տեխնիկապես ուղղակի հնարավոր չէ։ Եվ անհամատեղելի է ոչ միայն այն պատճառով, որ առևտրում, ներդրումներում առկա նորմերը տարբեր են, այլև որ Բրյուսելը համառորեն առաջ է տանում Հայաստանի նորմատիվային բազան՝ ըստ իր չափանիշների։ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարի այս հայտարարությունները բավական լուրջ են, և հայկական կողմը պետք է առավելագույն զսպվածություն ու զգուշավորություն դրսևորի։
