Փաշինյանը գնում է պետական պարտքը եռապատկելու ուղղությամբ

Հայաստանի կառավարության պարտքը 2025 թվականին աճել է 1,7 մլրդ դոլարով՝ կազմելով 14 մլրդ 41 մլն դոլար։ Արտաքին պարտքն աճել է 596 մլն դոլարով և կազմել 6 մլրդ 546 մլն դոլար, իսկ ներքին պարտքը (որը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ բաղկացած է պետական պարտատոմսերից) աճել է 1 մլրդ 107 մլն դոլարով՝ կազմելով 7 մլրդ 495 մլն դոլար։ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից առաջ Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը ընդամենը 6 մլրդ դոլար էր։ Տարիներ առաջ դեռ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից կոշտ քննադատություն էր հնչեցնում նախկին իշխանությունների հասցեին՝ պետական պարտքը մեծացնելու համար։
Բայց գալով իշխանության՝ ոչ միայն որևէ քայլ չի կատարել պետական պարտքը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ, այլ, ընդհակառակը, կրկնապատկել է այն և այժմ էլ գնում է եռապատկման ուղղությամբ։ Ավելին, գործող իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ ցինիկ պատասխաններ են տալիս պետական պարտքի բարձրացման մասին հարցերին։ Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանն իր երեկվա ասուլիսում, օրինակ, ասել է․ «Այո, պարտքը աճում է և ինչ-որ մի միլիարդից դարձել է մի ուրիշ միլիարդ, բայց այդ մասին մենք հազար անգամ խոսել ենք, որ պետություններ էլ կան, որոնք տրիլիոններով պարտք ունեն, հիմա ինչի՞ ենք այդ միլիարդից խոսում, պետք է խոսենք դրա համամասնությունից։ Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ, օրինակ, 2018 թվականին պարտքը ՀՆԱ-ի նկատմամբ 51% էր, հիմա 48% է։ Այսինքն՝ մեր հնարավորությունները պարտքը սպասարկելու ավելի մեծացել են»։
Ըստ էության, որքան շարունակում է գործող վարչախմբի պաշտոնավարումը, այնքան Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը աճելու է, և դա ապագայում լուրջ խնդիրներ է հարուցելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր քաղաքացիների համար՝ նորածիններից մինչև տարեց մարդիկ։
