Արսեն Թորոսյանից փախչում են նույնիսկ իր տեղակալները

Հայաստանի աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը դադարեցրել է իր լիազորությունները։ Ֆեյսբուքյան իր գրառման մեջ նա հայտնել է, որ դադարեցնում է լիազորությունները նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնում՝ միևնույն ժամանակ շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, փոխվարչապետներ Մհեր Գրիգորյանին ու Տիգրան Խաչատրյանին, նախկին նախարար, ներկայումս ԱՄՆ-ում դեսպան Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին և նախարարության աշխատակազմին, սակայն որևէ բառ չկա գործող նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի վերաբերյալ։
Թորոսյանը նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվել է 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 27-ին։ Դրանից հետո՝ վկայակոչելով մեր աղբյուրներին, հայտնել էինք, թե Թորոսյանը նախարարությունում տհաճ և անդուր մթնոլորտ է ստեղծել, որի պատճառով շատերը հեռանալու են նախարարությունից։ Ընդ որում՝ կանխատեսել էինք, որ նշանակված փոխնախարարների մեծ մասը կհեռանա այդ պաշտոնից։ Սեպտեմբերի 24-ին արդեն պաշտոնանկ արվեց նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Ռուբեն Սարգսյանը, նոյեմբերին էլ՝ Աննա Ժամակոչյանը։ Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը փաստացի երրորդ փոխնախարարն է, որը լքում է Թորոսյանի ղեկավարած նախարարությունը։
Նախկին փոխնախարարներից առայժմ պաշտոնավարում է միայն Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանը։ Նախարարության մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ վերջինիս թերևս հաջողվել է ջերմ հարաբերություններ ստեղծել Թորոսյանի հետ և առայժմ պահպանել իր պաշտոնը, սակայն չի բացառվում, որ ինչ-որ պահի նրան ևս դուրս մղեն։ Թորոսյանը ցանկանում է փոխնախարարների, վարչության պետերի և այլ բարձր պաշտոնների նշանակել բացառապես իրեն հավատարիմ և քծրանքով առաջ գնացող պաշտոնյաների՝ հրաժարվելով աշխատել բոլոր այն անձանց հետ, ովքեր ունեն սեփական կարծիք։
Առավել ևս, որ գործող նախարարի ոչ կոմպետենտության պատճառով նախարարության հին ու նոր աշխատակիցները հայտնվել են տհաճ վիճակում և փորձում են դուրս պոկվել այդ մթնոլորտից։
