ԱԺ գործող ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչները մեծ արագությամբ՝ գործող բոլոր պրոցեդուրաների խախտմամբ, ընդունեցին հակաՀայաՔվե օրենքը, որով ցանկանում են արգելել մեր կառույցի դիտորդական գործունեությունը․ Արմեն Մանվելյան

Արմեն Մանվելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Երեկ ԱԺ գործող ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչները մեծ արագությամբ՝ գործող բոլոր պրոցեդուրաների խախտմամբ, ընդունեցին հակաՀայաՔվե օրենքը, որով ցանկանում են արգելել մեր կառույցի դիտորդական գործունեությունը։ Գործող վարչախումբը, որը անընդհատ բողոքում էր ՀայաՔվեի ակտիվ գործունեությունից, որոշել է անցնել «վճռական» քայլերի և փորձել օրենսդրական մակարդակով արգելանք դնել ՀայաՔվեի նկատմամբ։
 
Ռեժիմի նման քայլերը բացատրվում են ընդդեմ ՀայաՔվեի իրենց գործունեության ցածր արդյունավետությամբ, քանի որ իրենք այդպես էլ չեն կարողանում հասկանալ ոչ մեր կազմակերպության կառուցվածքը, ոչ էլ նրա արդյունավետության պատճառները։
 
Ավետիք Չալաբյանի քաղաքական ղեկավարությամբ հիմնված կազմակերպությունը քաղաքական նոր մշակույթի, նոր մտածելակերպի, կրեատիվության և ոչ ստանդարտ գործելու հրաշալի օրինակ է։
 
Չլինելով դիտորդական կառույց՝ այն իրականացնում է ամենախոշոր դիտորդական առաքելությունը Հայաստանում։
 
Չլինելով կրթական կազմակերպություն՝ այն ՀՀ-ում ամենախոշոր կրթական կառույցներից է։
 
Չլինելով ակադեմիական կենտրոն՝ այն հասարակական հետազոտությունների առումով ամենախոշոր հետազոտական կենտրոններից է։
 
Եվ վերջապես, չլինելով քաղաքական կուսակցություն՝ այն ամենազդեցիկ արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական կազմակերպություններից մեկն է։
 
Ոչ ստանդարտ այս մոտեցումն էլ շփոթմունք և անվստահություն է հաղորդում գործող վարչախմբին, որը որդեգրել է ՀայաՔվեի դեմ արշավի հակասահմանադրական ճանապարհը և հավաքագրելով իր բոլոր ուժերը հարձակման է անցել փորձելով օրենսդարկան մակարդակով այն արգելել։
 
Միայն խղճալ կարելի է ռեժիմի նման ողորմելի պահվածքը, որի նետած մարտահրավերը ՀայաՔվեին էլ ավելի հզոր է դարձնելու ու վճռական իր գործունեության մեջ։
 
Գործող դավաճանախումբը պետք է և կարելի է հեռացնել օրենքի և սահմանադրության համաձայն, սակայն ոչ ստանդարդ և ստեղծագործ մտածողություն ունեցող քաղաքական կառույցների միջոցով ինչպիսին է ՀայաՔվեն։
