Ի՞նչ է փնտրում ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը Երևանում

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփը նախօրեին գրել էր, թե ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը փետրվարին կայցելի Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան՝ առաջ մղելու «Թրամփի ուղին՝ միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման համար»։
«Մենք կխորացնենք մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ, կկնքենք խաղաղ միջուկային համագործակցության հիանալի համաձայնագիր Հայաստանի հետ, պայմանագրեր՝ մեր մեծ կիսահաղորդչային արտադրողների համար, ինչպես նաև կվաճառենք ԱՄՆ-ում արտադրված պաշտպանական սարքավորումներ, ինչպիսիք են զրահաբաճկոնները և նավակները, և ավելին՝ Ադրբեջանին»,– նշել էր ԱՄՆ նախագահը։
Փորձագիտական շրջանակների գնահատմամբ՝ Վենսը Հայաստանում տալու է TRIPP-ի մեկնարկը՝ համատեղ ընկերություն հիմնելու համաձայնագիր ստորագրելով և հանդիսավոր արարողությանը մասնակցելով։ Ամրագրվելու է, որ ամերիկյան կողմին բաժին կհասնի այդ ընկերության 74, Հայաստանին՝ 26 տոկոսը։ TRIPP-ը, սակայն, միակ ուղղությունը չէ, որ լինելու է Վենսի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ ամերիկյան կողմը լուրջ ախորժակ ունի Երևանում նաև ստորագրել էներգետիկ ոլորտում համագործակցության հուշագիր կամ նման փաստաթուղթ, որով կամրագրվի, թե Միացյալ Նահանգներն է կառուցելու մոդուլային ատոմակայանը։ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն արդեն մի քանի տարի հայտարարում է, թե քայլեր ձեռնարկվում են այդ ուղղությամբ, բանակցություններ են վարվում ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Հարավային Կորեայի և Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ հասկանալու, թե որ տարբերակն է ավելի շահավետ։
Բնական է, որ որոշումն առաջին հերթին քաղաքական է լինելու, և ԱՄՆ-ը թույլ չի տա, որ Երևանը ռուսական կամ այլ երկրի արտադրության ատոմակայան կառուցի, քանի որ ՌԴ-ին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու իր ցանկությունների մեջ էներգետիկան առանցքային նշանակություն ունի։
