Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն երեկ հրապարակեց 1000 ամենախոշոր հարկատուների ցուցակը, որի տվյալներով 2025 թ․-ին Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր հարկատու է դարձել «Մոբայլ սենթր» հեռախոսների վաճառքով զբաղվող ընկերությունը, որը պատկանում է գործարար Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ընտանիքին։ Ըստ այդ ցուցակի՝ «Մոբայլ սենթր»-ը վճարել է ավելի քան 77,8 միլիարդ դրամ՝ 11 միլիարդ դրամով ավելի, քան 2024 թվականին։

«Մոբայլ սենթր»-ի այս շեշտակի աճը պայմանավորված է մեկ հանգամանքով․ ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը սկսվելուց և հակառուսական պատժամիջոցներ ներդնելուց հետո Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան վերարտահանումը շեշտակի ավելացել է՝ հիմնականում տեխնիկայի տեսքով, և գործող իշխանություններն էլ նպաստել են, որպեսզի հենց Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ընկերությունը դառնա թիվ մեկ մոնոպոլիստը՝ այս ուղղությամբ վերջինիս արտոնություններ տրամադրելով ոչ միայն բացահայտ, այլև գաղտնի։ Իշխանության կուլուարներում խոսում են, որ Ալեքսանյանին այսպիսի ահռելի հնարավորություններ տրամադրելն ամենևին էլ բարի կամքի դրսևորում չի եղել, այլ բավականին լուրջ գործարք, որից լրջորեն օգտվում է նաև Փաշինյանի ընտանիքը։

Ժամանակին Հանրապետականի ցուցակով պատգամավոր դարձած Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո կտրուկ փոխեց իր քաղաքական կողմնորոշումները, դարձավ Փաշինյանի ընտանիքի մերձավորը, հրաժարվեց առաջադրվել խորհրդարանում, բայց և լուրջ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում գործող իշխանություններին։ 

Ալեքսանյանը նաև առաջիններից է Ադրբեջանին հացահատիկ և բենզին ներկրելու հարցում, առաջիկայում էլ մտադիր է շաքարավազ ներկրել։ Այդ կերպ Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը Փաշինյանի մոտ բավականին լուրջ հեղինակություն է ձեռք բերել և լուծում է սեփական հարստացման հարցերը, իսկ գործող իշխանություններն էլ ոչ միայն դեմ չեն, այլև աջակցում են, քանի որ այս հանգամանքից օգտվում են նաև Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմակիցները։
