ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահի այցը խնդիրներ է ստեղծելու Փաշինյանի համար
ANALYSIS
Փետրվարին Հայաստան է այցելելու ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը, և Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են ինչ-որ քարոզչական մեծ կարևորություն տալ այդ այցին՝ իբր լուրջ պայմանագրեր և գործարքներ են կնքվելու։ Մյուս կողմից՝ Վենսի այցը հենց մտահոգել է գործող իշխանություններին։
Բանն այն է, որ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը հայտնի է իր հակաեվրոպական և հակագլոբալիստական բավական ծայրահեղ ու ռացիոնալ մոտեցումներով, իսկ միակ գլոբալիստական ուղղությունը, որն այսօր գոյություն ունի, Միացյալ Եվրոպան է։ Ֆրանսիան, Գերմանիան, բրյուսելյան բյուրոկրատիան աստիճանաբար հասկանում են, թե ինչ խնդրի առջև են կանգնած։ Նույնիսկ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանվել Մակրոնը, որը Ռոտշիլդների դրածոն է, լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի թե՛ անձնական և թե՛ քաղաքական՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ։ Հիշեցնենք՝ դեռ անցյալ տարի, երբ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը նոր էր ընտրվել փոխնախագահի պաշտոնում, փետրվարին Մյունխենի համաժողովում բավականին կոշտ ելույթ ունեցավ՝ գրեթե փչացնելով ու նվաստացնելով Եվրոպային։ Ըստ էության, դա ամենակոշտ ելույթներից մեկն էր, և այժմ Մյունխենի գագաթնաժողովից առաջ կամ հետո Երևան, ապա և Բաքու այցելելով՝ Վենսը խնդիրներ է հարուցելու հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար։
Բնական է, որ Մյունխենում նրա ելույթը ոչնչով չի տարբերվելու նախորդ տարվա կոշտ ելույթից, եթե անգամ չգերազանցի այն։ Ուստի և Երևան այցելելով՝ նա Փաշինյանին էլ խնդրի առաջ է դնելու։ Միացյալ Նահանգները Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին հենց գլոբալիստական էլ համարում են, ըստ էության՝ ընդամենը օգտագործում նրանց թուլություններն ու վախերը հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում ամրապնդվելու համար։
Բոլորովին էլ երաշխավորված չէ, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն անհրաժեշտ է ամերիկյան գործող վարչակազմին իր ունեցածը ստանալուց հետո։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը կնախընտրեր, որպեսզի Վենսի գալու փոխարեն Արարատ Միրզոյանը մեկներ Միացյալ Նահանգներ, հենց այնտեղ ինչ-որ փաստաթղթեր ստորագրեր, բայց և որևէ կերպ չեն կարող կանխել ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահի այցը, իսկ Սպիտակ տան վարչակազմը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ այդ այցով պարզապես ամրապնդում է ԱՄՆ ներկայությունը Հայաստանում, ինչը, ի դեպ, ամենևին էլ դուր չի գալիս եվրոպացիներին։
