Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ` Հայոց Ազգային Բանակի կազմավորման 34-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ։
 
Դո՛ւք, ունենալով համարձակություն, ուժ և պատիվ, 20-րդ դարավերջի 90-ականների սկզբին Արցախյան փառավոր հերոսամարտի ընթացքում կազմավորեցիք Հայի համար դարավոր երազանք դարձած Հայոց Ազգային Բանակ. Բանակ, որը դարձավ Հայոց Հայրենիքի սիրտն ու ազգային գենի գլխավոր զարկերակը, Հայ ազգի մարտունակ Ոգու կենդանի վկայությունը, հայրենի հողի պաշտպանության զենքը, Հայի և Հայաստանի ուժն ու զորությունը, անվտանգությունն ու հուսալի թիկունքը, դարավոր ոսոխի մշտարթուն ահն ու սարսափը։
 
Բանակ, որը դարձավ համայն հայության անգերազանցելի հպարտությունը, որի համար երախտապարտ ենք Ձեզ:
 
Մենք` Հայոց Սուրբ Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության զոհասեղանին կյանքներս միշտ դրած անձնազոհ Հայորդիներս, շատ շուտով մերժելու և ոչնչացնելու ենք վերջին 5 տարուց ավել Հայոց Ազգային Բանակին պարտադրված բոլոր նվաստացումները, բոլոր ձախողումները, բոլոր պարտությունները և վերականգնելու ու անընդհատ հզորացնելու ենք Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը կրկին վերականգնող, Հայոց Սուրբ Արցախը կրկին ազատագրող Հայոց Ազգային Բանակի անուն-ազգանունը և համբավը։
 
Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ և Ձեր ամբողջ գերդաստանին ամուր առողջություն և բազում հաջողություններ։

2007-2018 թվականներին ազնիվ ու անբասիր` ՀՀ Սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի փոխնախարար աշխատած,
 
1992-94 թվականներին, 30 հոգանոց իր քաջերի ջոկատով, հերոս Գնդապետ Ռեմիկ Մարդանյանի հրամանատարության ներքո, Արցախյան պատերազմին կամավոր մասնակցած (Քաշաթաղի (Լաչինի) հարավ - արևելյան շրջան),
 
2016 թվականի ապրիլի 3-ից մինչև ապրիլի 29-ը, 60 հոգանոց իր քաջերի ջոկատով, ՀՀ ՊՆ 1-ին Բանակային Կորպուսի հերոս հրամանատարության ներքո, Ապրիլյան պատերազմին կամավոր մասնակցած (Արցախ, Ջրական (Ջաբրայիլ)),
 
2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 29-ը, 100 հոգանոց իր քաջերի ջոկատով, ԱՀ ՊԲ Մարտունի 2 Պաշտպանական Շրջանի հերոս հրամանատարության ներքո, 44-օրյա պատերազմին կամավոր մասնակցած և իր քաջերի ջոկատով Արցախի Մարտունի և Ճարտար քաղաքներն ու հարակից գյուղերը կյանքի գնով պաշտպանած և անառիկ պահած, հետ նահանջի հրամանը մերժած ու չնահանջած Հրամանատար,
