Ռուսաստանից արդեն բացահայտ սպառնում են Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը

ԵՄ-ին միանալու որոշումը հայ ժողովրդի ընտրությունն է, բայց Երևանը պետք է հաշվի առնի Եվրամիության փոփոխվող բնույթը, որը տնտեսական միությունից վերածվում է ռազմաքաղաքականի։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը։ ՌԴ փոխվարչապետը հարցադրում է անում՝ արդյոք հայերը պատրա՞ստ են միանալու ռազմաքաղաքական միությանը, որն այժմ շատ ագրեսիվ է տրամադրված Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նկատմամբ։
«Հնարավոր է՝ հայերը նույնպես ստիպված լինեն իրենց տալ այս հարցը։ Ամեն դեպքում, իհարկե, բազմիցս ասվել է, որ այս կամ այն ինտեգրացիոն միավորման օգտին ընտրությունը միշտ հայ ժողովրդի ընտրությունն է»,– հավելել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ակնհայտ է, որ որոշ որոշումներ պետք է ընդունվեն որոշակի պահի։ «Նիկոլ Վովաևիչը [Փաշինյանը] խոսել է այս մասին․ բոլորը հասկանում են, որ Հայաստանը չի կարող միաժամանակ լինել երկու ինտեգրացիոն միավորման անդամ։ Հետևաբար, եթե նման ընտրություն երբևէ կատարվի, այն համալիր բնույթ կունենա՝ հաշվի առնելով դինամիկան, որը մենք այսօր տեսնում ենք Եվրամիության էության փոփոխության մեջ»,– եզրափակել է Օվերչուկը։
Արձանագրելով, որ Եվրամիությունը տնտեսական միությունից վերածվում է ռազմաքաղաքականի, Օվերչուկը բացահայտ հայտարարում է, որ այդ միության անդամների կամ անդամակցության հայտ ներկայացնողների նկատմամբ ոչ թե քաղաքական կամ տնտեսական, այլ ռազմաքաղաքական բնույթի որոշումներ են կայացվելու։ Սա բացահայտ սպառնալիք է, որը արհամարհել Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պարզապես չեն կարող։
Վերջին շրջանում ռուսական կողմից մի շարք կոշտ հայտարարություններ են հնչում, բայց ամենաբացահայտը, դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումների լեզվից թարգմանած, արել է հենց Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետը։ Ընդ որում, պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի հռետորաբանությունը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է խստանում Հայաստանի հասցեին, մանավանդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ։
Սա ընդամենը խոսում է մեկ բանի մասին, որ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում կորցնել իր ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասում և, մասնավորապես, Հայաստանում ու ջանքեր է գործադրելու, որպեսզի թույլ չտա Հայաստանը դուրս գա իր ուղեծրից։ Թե ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա դա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար, պարզ է նույնիսկ դպրոցական երեխային։
