Փաշինյանին ձեռնտու է, որ ընտրություններին շատ ուժեր մասնակցեն

Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն այսօր հրամանագիր է ստորագրել Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները հունիսի 7-ին նշանակելու մասին։ Հրամանագիրը հրապարակված է Հայաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքէջում և ուժի մեջ է մտնում պաշտոնական հրապարակմանը հաջորդող օրվանից։ Սահմանադրության 91-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի համաձայն, որին հղում է արված հրամանագրում, խորհրդարանի հերթական ընտրությունն անցկացվում է Ազգային ժողովի լիազորությունների ժամկետի ավարտից ոչ շուտ, քան 60, և ոչ ուշ, քան 50 օր առաջ, իսկ 93-րդ հոդվածով սահմանվում է, որ ԱԺ հերթական և արտահերթ ընտրությունները նշանակում է հանրապետության նախագահը։
Այսօրվա դրությամբ առնվազն հայտնի են երկու տասնյակ քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք հայտարարել են ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրենց մտադրության մասին։ Նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի արբանյակ արևմտամետ ուժերը ոչ թե մեկ դաշինքով, այլ մի քանի կուսակցություններով են մասնակցելու խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։ Ըստ վերլուծաբանների՝ ընտրությունների մասնակիցների թիվը կարող է հասնել մինչև 26–27-ի, եթե ընդդիմադիր դաշտում լուրջ համախմբումներ տեղի չունենան։
Գործող իշխանություններին, բնականաբար, ձեռնտու է խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակիցների մեծ թիվը, և նրանք ամեն ինչ անելու են, որպեսզի ընդդիմության համախմբում տեղի չունենա, իսկ ձայներն էլ մեծամասամբ փոշիացվեն։ Վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման արդյունքում այդ կերպ իշխանությանը կհաջողվի կրկին վերարտադրվել։
Բնականաբար, ընդդիմադիր ուժերն էլ հասկանում են այս հանգամանքը, և անհրաժեշտ է ոչ թե մեկ, այլ գոնե 2–3 խոշոր դաշինք կազմել՝ ընտրություններին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերարտադրությունը կասեցնելու և, առնվազն, Գյումրիի սցենարը կիրառելու համար։
Հակառակ պարագայում, եթե ընդդիմադիր ուժերը ընտրություններին գնան միայնակ կամ փոքր խմբերով և փոշիացնեն ձայները, ապա կստացվի, որ նրանց արմատական հայտարարություններն ու բարոյախրատական տեքստերը քոռ գրոշի արժեք չունեն և ընդամենը սպասարկում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերը։
