Վենսի այցն ու իրական նպատակները

Միացյալ Նահանգների փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսն այսօր ժամանելու է Երևան։ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահի խոսնակը հայտնել է, որ Վենսը Հայաստան կայցելի փետրվարի 9–10-ը, ապա կմեկնի Ադրբեջան՝ փետրվարի 10–11-ը։ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը Վաշինգտոն կվերադառնա չորեքշաբթի երեկոյան։
Մինչ քաղաքական և քաղաքագիտական շրջանակներն ամենատարբեր կանխատեսումներն ու վերլուծություններն են անում Վենսի այցի կապակցությամբ, Պետդեպարտամենտի նախկին աշխատակից, «Պատուհան դեպի Եվրասիա» վերլուծական բլոգի հեղինակ Փոլ Գոբլը սկանդալային հարցազրույց է տվել՝ բացահայտելով այցի շուրջ առկա բազմաթիվ ենթատեքստեր։
«Մեղրի տարբերակի» կնքահոր խոսքով՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների իրական նպատակը հակաիրանական առանցքի ձևավորումն է, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի և Չինաստանի ազդեցության հնարավորությունների նվազեցումը։ Գոբլի խոսքում ակնհայտ են կողմնակալությունն ու անթաքույց համակրանքը Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ։ Նա նշել է, որ Վենսի այցը կարևոր ցուցիչ է այն առումով, որ Միացյալ Նահանգներն այժմ Ադրբեջանը դիտարկում է որպես ուժ, որի հետ անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի նստել Հարավային Կովկասում, և որ ԱՄՆ-ն այլևս չի ընկալում Ադրբեջանը որպես նախկին խորհրդային տարածքի մաս։
Գոբլի գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանի դերը այցի շրջանակում երկրորդական է։ Ջեյ Դի Վենսի այցը Երևան ավելի շուտ քաղաքական ազդակ է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները չի հեռանում Հայաստանի օրակարգից, ինչը հատկապես կարևոր է առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ֆոնին։
Այցը Հայաստանի համար նաև քաղաքական «ապահովագրող» գործոն է՝ ուղղված ներքին կայունության պահպանմանը և ռուսական ազդեցության հետագա նահանջին։ Կարճ ասած, Վենսի երևանյան այցը, ըստ Գոբլի տրամաբանության, ավելի շատ աջակցություն է Փաշինյանի թիմին՝ Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։
Փաստացի, ամերիկյան ամենահայտնի վերլուծաբաններից մեկը փաստում է, որ Հայաստանին պարզապես հաշվի չեն առնում նույնիսկ TRIPP-ի հարցում և այն օգտագործում են ընդամենը որպես ազդեցության լծակ Իրանի դեմ։ Իսկ թե ինչ վտանգներ է այդ հանգամանքը պարունակում Հայաստանի համար, պարզ է անգամ մանկապարտեզի երեխային։
