ԱԺ-ն մերժեց քաղբանտարկյալների մասին հայտարարությունը

Ազգային ժողովը լիագումար նիստում չի քննարկելու Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալների և նրանց խախտված իրավունքների վերականգնման վերաբերյալ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության նախաձեռնած հայտարարության նախագիծը։ Օրինագիծը մերժել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը՝ 52 դեմ ձայներով։ Նախագիծը ստացել է ընդամենը 21 կողմ ձայն։

Ավելի վաղ ԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովը, որտեղ կրկին մեծամասնություն են կազմում ՔՊ ներկայացուցիչները, բացասական եզրակացություն էր ներկայացրել այս հայտարարության նախագծի վերաբերյալ։ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» ընդդիմության ներկայացրած ցանկացած հայտարարության նախագիծ, որը վերաբերում է Արցախին, քաղբանտարկյալներին կամ Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններին, մերժում է առանց քննարկման՝ պոպուլիստական ձևակերպումներով ընդդիմությանը տարբեր անհեթեթ մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնելով։ Իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի որևէ հայտարարության նախագծի անգամ քննարկում խորհրդարան չհասնի։

Ավելին՝ ՔՊ-ն, հատկապես ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսի այցից և ստացած բավականին լուրջ աջակցությունից հետո, որոշել է շատ ավելի կոշտ վերաբերվել ընդդիմությանն ու քաղբանտարկյալներին։ Մինչ երեկ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները նախագահական նստավայրի առաջ կոչեր էին հնչեցնում ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահին, վերջինս շենքի ներսում Փաշինյանին բառացի աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ։ Սա վկայում է, որ Արևմուտքը ամեն ինչ անելու է՝ պարտադրելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերարտադրությունը։
