Հասանովին ու Միխայլովին դուրս կգրե՞ն «Քաղպայմանագրի» ցուցակից
ANALYSIS
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն այս օրերին ներքին քվեարկություն է իրականացնում՝ պարզելու, թե առաջադրված 274 թեկնածուներից ով որ հորիզոնականում է լինելու ընտրական ցուցակում։ Ընտրությունը, բնականաբար, վերաբերում է ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին մասին։
Երկրորդ մասը, որ վերաբերում է ազգային փոքրամասնություններին, ՔՊ-ն քննարկելու մտադրություն չունի։ Ըստ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության՝ ազգային փոքրամասնությունները մեկական տեղ ունեն խորհրդարանում։ 2021 թ. արտահերթ ընտրություններով ՔՊ-ին բաժին հասան ազգային փոքրամասնություններին հատկացվող չորս տեղերից երեքը, իսկ ասորական համայնքից պատգամավոր Արսեն Միխայլովին նշանակեցին վարչապետի օգնական։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ-ում մտադիր են եզդիական համայնքից կրկին առաջադրել Ռուստամ Բաքոյանի, ռուսական համայնքից՝ Ալեքսեյ Սանդիկովի թեկնածությունը։ Իսկ քրդական և ասորական համայնքներից թեկնածուներին փոխել։ Քրդական համայնքից պատգամավորը Կնյազ Հասանովն էր, ով պատգամավոր է եղել նաև ՀՀԿ ցուցակով, 2018-ին էլ պատգամավոր էր դարձել ՔՊ ցուցակով։
Այժմ քրդական և ասորական համայնքներին առաջարկել են այլ, ավելի երիտասարդ թեկնածուներ առաջադրել՝ նշելով, թե կասկածներ ունեն Հասանովի ու Միխայլովի վերաբերյալ։ Արսեն Միխայլովը կշարունակի աշխատել կառավարությունում, իսկ Հասանովին տուն կուղարկեն։ ՔՊ-ն առայժմ որևէ թեկնածու չունի, սպասում է առաջարկների, բայց չի բացառվում, որ, ի վերջո, իրենք որոշեն, թե ում են գրելու ընտրական ցուցակում։
