կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ տեսադաշտում են։
Վարչությունում ստացված հերթական օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը մայրաքաղաքի Պարոնյան փողոցի հասցեներից մեկի կիսանկուղային հարկում գործող գրասենյակային նշանակության տարածքում մի խումբ անձանց հանցավոր գործունեության վերաբերյալ էր։


«Կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ մի խումբ անձինք նախնական համաձայնությամբ՝վարձակալելով Երևան քաղաքի Պարոնյան փողոցում գտնվող կիսանկուղային գրասենյակային նշանակության տարածքը, այն կահավորել են հատուկ համակարգչային տեխնիկայով և դրանցում ներբեռնված հատուկ ծրագրակազմերի կիրառմամբ կատարել նամակագրություն, ինչպես նաև հեռախոսազանգեր ունեցել ԱՄՆ-ում բեռնափոխադրման գործընթաց իրականացնող անձանց հետ, որոնց առաջակել իրականացնել բեռնափոխադրում տարբեր ապրանքների համար։ Հիշյալ գործընթացի ընթացքում ենթադրյալ հանցավոր մեխանիզմը կիրառող անձինք իրենց վստահված ուղեբեռը հափշտակել են և այն տեղափոխել այլ հասցե, որը հետագայում վաճառվել է տարբեր երկրներում»,- նշել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչություն բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ կատարվող հափշտակությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնի պետ Վաղինակ Մինասյանը։


Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցավոր գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անձանց ինքնությունը: Պարզվել է, որ խմբի տարբեր անդամներ, պարբերաբար այցելել են նշված հասցե և գործունեության դիմաց վարձատրվել կանխիկ՝ ԱՄՆ դոլարով։


Իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքներով Քննչական կոմիտե է ներկայացվել առերևույթ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում: Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Փետրվարի 20-ին Քրեական ոստիկանության կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության գործընկերների հետ համատեղ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, Երևան քաղաքի Պարոնյան փողոցի հասցեներից մեկի կիսանկուղային հարկում գտնվող գրասենյակում իրականացրել են անակնկալ խուզարկություն։


«Հայտնաբերվել են տարբեր տեսակի թվային տեղեկություններ ենթադրյալ բեռնափոխադրման գործընթացը կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև բջջային հեռախոսներ, որոնք օգտագործվել են բեռնափոխադրման գործընթացը ապահովելու նպատակով։ Հայտնաբերված ամբողջ համակարգչային տեխնիկան առգրավվել է և փոխանցվել է Քննչական մարմին՝ հետագա նախաքննական գործողություններ իրականացնելու նպատակով»,- նշել է Վաղինակ Մինասյանը։


Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում 4 անձ ձերբակալվել է։ Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Քրեական ոստիկանության կիբեռհանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը համագործակցում է ԱՄՆ իրավապահ մարմինների հետ՝ ենթադրյալ հանցավոր մեխանիզմի վերաբերյալ լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ ստանալու ուղղությամբ:
