Երեկ լրացավ Մարտի 1-ի տարելիցը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը և Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը վաղ առավոտյան այցելել էին հուշարձանի մոտ՝ բազմաթիվ թիկնապահներով շրջապատված, ծաղիկներ խոնարհել ու հեռացել։ Ողջ գործողությունը տևել էր երկու րոպե, իսկ Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ հարկ չէր համարել լրագրողներ հրավիրել ճեպազրույցի համար, թեև նախորդ տարիներին մեկ-երկու հարցի պատասխանում էր։ Հիմնական հարցը, որ ունի հանրությունը, Մարտի 1-ի գործի մինչ այժմ չբացահայտված լինելն է, թեպետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դեռ ութ տարի առաջ հայտարարել էր, թե «Մարտի 1-ի» գործն, ըստ էության, ամբողջ ծավալով բացահայտված է։ Վերջին օրերին այս գործով նոր կալանավորումներ եղան։

Ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Հովհաննես Թամամյանը տնային կալանքի տակ է, մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել Երևանի նախկին փոխոստիկանապետ Ռոբերտ Մելքոնյանին, Հայաստանի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանին։ Նոր մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրելու այլ նախկին բարձրաստիճան ոստիկանների։ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը «Մարտի 1»-ի գործը կրկին փորձում են վերակենդանացնել՝ սեփական քարոզչական նպատակներով։

Իսկ ոստիկաններին էլ մեղադրանք են առաջադրում մեկ պատճառով, որ նրանցից ցուցմունքներ կորզեն նախկին իշխանությունների ներկայիս ընդդիմադիր գործիչների դեմ։ Այդ ցուցմունքներն էլ փորձելու են օգտագործել ընտրություններից առաջ ընդդիմությանը վարկաբեկելու համար։ Իհարկե, Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմակիցները որևէ ցանկություն ու հնարավորություն էլ չունեն գործը բացահայտելու, քանի որ իրենց դիլետանտության պատճառով հենց գործի քննությունը գնացել է սխալ ճանապարհով։ Բայց քարոզչական նպատակներով Մարտի 1-ն օգտագործելու գայթակղությունից չեն կարող խուսափել։
