Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Չունենաս նավիգատոր և անգամ հայաստանցի լինելով, բայց չիմանաս ճանապարհները, ապա միանշանակ կկորես Հայաստանի ու Արցախի տարբեր ճանապարհներին, հատկապես եթե միտքդ ծռվի ու գլխավոր ճանապարհներից դուրս գաս:

Թեև գլխավոր ճանապարհները հիմնականում անցանելի են, ասֆալտը տանելի է, սակայն հույսդ եթե դնես ճանապարհային ցուցանակների վրա, ապա ավելի շուտ թշնամուն գերի կդառնաս կամ կհասնես Հնդկական օվկիանոս Իրանով, քան կհասնես սահմանը պահող զինվորիդ: Հատկապես եթե գնաս գիշերով:

Դե հա, կարելի է կանգնել, մարդկանց ճանապարհին հարցնել: Իհարկե, բնական է, այդպես էլ անում են: Բայց ինչո՞ւ պետք է այդպես լինի, ինչո՞ւ չպետք է այս չափազանց փոքր երկրում (թեև լեռները մեծացնում են այն անգամներով) չլինեն նորմալ ճանապարհային ցուցանակներ: Հասարակ բան է, բայց կարող է իսկապես մարդկային ու ազգային առողջություն արժենալ (ես այդքան օպտիմիստ չեմ, որ խոսեմ անգամ տուրիզմի զարգացման կամ Հյուսիս-Հարավ ավտոճանապարհի մասին):

Մյուս կողմից նայում ես' կիլոմետրերով գրեթե ամայի տարածքներ ու մտածում' ինչո՞ւ այդ տարածքներում մարդիկ չկան, չեն ապրում, երբ բնությունը նրանց հանդեպ իրականում շատ շռայլ է, առաջնային կենսական պայմանները կան: Դե քանի որ պատասխանն իրականում քաջ հայտնի է բոլորիս, ապա անիմաստ է նման կենսապայմաններում գտնվելիս լուրջ ներքաղաքական վերլուծություններ անել, հայտարարություններ մեկնաբանել:

Մենք շատ դանդաղ ենք շարժվում, այդ ճանապարհներին հասկանում ես, որ մենք մի տեսակ լռվել ենք: Հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչը պետք է մեզ մի լավ ցնցի և ուշքի բերի:
