«Մեր դիրքորոշումը հետևյալն է, թե իմ՝ որպես մասնագետի, թե մեր քաղաքական ուժի, որ որևիցե միջամտություն և ներազդեցություն ընտրական գործընթացի վրա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու ընտրողի կամքի վրա անթույլատրելի է։ Աստեղ երկակի անթույլատրելի իրավիճակի ենք առերեսվում, որովհետև ի՞նչ է անում, հայվերկրի վարչապետը՝ մեկնաբանում է Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության հայտարարությունը, իսկ Արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայությունը մի  անորոշ հայտարարություն է տարածում՝ լրացուցիչ ահաբեկելով մեր հանրությանը։ Ի՞նչ ասել է՝ օտարերկրյա միջամտությունների ներազդեցություն։ Եթե նման հայտարարություն տարածում է պետական մարմինը, ապա պարտավորվածություն ունի  փակագծեր բացելու, որովհետև դարձնում է այդ իրողությունը հանրամատչելի»,-  Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի բակում լրագրողներին ասաց փաստաբան Գոհար Մելոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայության հայտարարությանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ այդ հայտարարությունից հետո ցանկալի մեկնաբանություններ պետք է տրվի իշխող ուժի ղեկավարի և իշխող ուժի պատգամավորի կողմից։ Փաստաբանն այն որապես մանիպուլյացիա։

«Հենց սա է այդ հիբրիդային պատերազմ կոչվածը։  Ադպես էլ որևէ կերպ մեր հանրությանը չի բացատրվում և նման դրսևորում է ունենում հիբրիդային պատերազմը։  Երբ  խայծ են նետում պետական մարմնի կողմից, այնուհետև քաղաքական պրոցեսին մասնակցող, ըստ էության, բացահայտ կերպով քարոզչություն իրականացնող իշխող քաղաքական ուժը սկսում է տարամեկնաբանել՝ ուղղակիորեն թիրախավորելով ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերի»,- շարունակեց նա։

Մելոյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ երկրում քաղաքացիների համար ակնհայտորեն պարզ ճշմարտություն է, որ մենք այս պահի դրությամբ գտնվում ենք իրավապահների խոշորացույցի ներքո։

Փաստաբանն ընդգծում է՝ քաղաքացու կամքի վրա որևէ ներգործությունը անթույլատրելի է։

Միաժամանակ նշում է, որ   իրենց քաղական ուժի ընտրական գործընթացի հավասարության սկզբունքը ոտնահարված է, քանի որ այս պահի դրությամբ  «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադրի , քաղաքական առաջնորդի գործով դատական նիստն է։

«Կրկին անգամ քննչական մարմինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Սամվել Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ ապօրինի կալանքը երկարաձգելու վերաբերյալ, իսկ ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում։Սա մի մի պարզ ճշմարտություն է, պարոն Կարապետյանի նկատմամբ այս ծայրաստիճան խափանման միջոցների կիրառումը, սահմանափակումները ունեն մեկ միտում՝ դրսևորվում են իշխանության վախերը։ Ասեմ ավելին՝ այսս իշխանությունը կռիվ է տալիս Սամվել Կարապետյանի ազատության հետևանքների հետ»,- հավելեց նա։
