Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանում շարունակվում է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ, ազգային բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի տնային կալանքը երկարաձգելու միջնորդության քննությունը։
Դատարանի բակում հավաքված են մնում Սամվել Կարապետյանի և «Ուժեղ Հայաստանի» բազմաթիվ համակիրները, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնք իրենց սատարումն են հայտնում ազգային բարերարին։
Փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը քիչ առաջ դուրս եկավ դատական նիստերի դահլիճից ու հայտնեց, որ Ժամը 12-ից սկսված քննությունն ընդմիջվել է, կշարունակվի ժամը 20։00-ին։
«Տնային կալանքը երկարաձգելու միջնորդության հիմքերն ու հիմնավորումները նույն բովադակությունն ունեն, ինչ կալանքի միջնորդության քննության ժամանակ էին, ուղղակի վերջում տնային կալանք բառն են օգտագործել»,-ասաց փաստաբանը՝ հավելելով՝ թե՛ յոթ ամիս տևած կալանքը, թե՛ երկու ամիս տևած տնային կալանքը ոչ մի հիմնավորում չունեն։
«Այն, որ այս քրեական վարույթը պետք է կարճվի, ակնհայտ է։ Այս քրեական վարույթը պրիմիտիվ քաղաքական հետապնդում չէ, այս միջնորդությունն այլևս վերաբերում է Հայաստանում քաղաքական գործընթացների հավասարությանը, արդարությանը կամ դրա խաթարմանը։ Այն ժամկետը, որով խնդրում են երկարաձգել տնային կալանքը, ուղիղ միջամտություն է քաղաքական պրոցեսներին»,-նշեց Վարդևանյանը։
