Ամերիկյան փորձագետներն արձանագրում են Փաշինյանի տապալումը

Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններից առաջ ՄըքՔեյնի ինստիտուտը գնահատական է հրապարակել, որը կազմվել է ինստիտուտի՝ փետրվարին Հայաստան կատարած առաքելության արդյունքում։ Առաքելության գլխավոր եզրակացություններից մեկն այն է, որ Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին ընտրություններից առաջ կարևոր քաղաքական դերակատար է։ Եկեղեցին, որն իր երկարատև պատմական և մշակութային հանգամանքների շնորհիվ վայելում է հայ ժողովրդի լայն աջակցությունը, ղեկավարում է Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին 2-ը, որն ակտիվ արշավ է վարում ներկա վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ, նշված է զեկույցում։
Մյուս եզրակացությունն այն է, որ Հայաստանի պետական մարմինները չունեն բավարար ռեսուրսներ, որպեսզի նախընտրական շրջանում արդյունավետ կերպով դիմակայեն Ռուսաստանի կողմից իրականացվող հիբրիդային սպառնալիքներին և քաղաքական դերակատարների կոռուպցիային։ Առաքելության այցը Հայաստան ֆինանսավորվել է «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորման» կողմից, որը հայտնի է ՀՀ գործող իշխանություններին իր լոյալությամբ։ Ոչ անհայտ Դանիել Իոաննիսյանի կողմից հրավիրված փորձագետներն էլ ոչ հուսադրող փաստեր են արձանագրում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իր թիմի համար։ Փաստացի, ամերիկյան փորձագետներն էլ նշում են եկեղեցու դերի աճը, որ այն արդեն լուրջ քաղաքական սպառնալիք է դարձել Փաշինյանի իշխանության համար։
Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանն արդեն իսկ լուրջ պարտություն է կրել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցուց, իսկ դա ուղիղ ճանապարհ է դեպի իշխանազրկում։ Ամեն դեպքում, այս զեկույցն օգտագործվելու է արևմտյան կառույցների կողմից՝ Փաշինյանին ավելի մեծ աջակցություն հատկացնելու համար։ Այսօր Երևան է ժամանում ԵՄ ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարթա Կոսը, որն էլ իր հետ «հիբրիդային արագ արձագանքման խումբ» է բերելու, նաև քննարկելու է ԵՄ-ի կողմից ավելի շատ միջոցներ հատկացնելու հարցը։
