Դատարանը փաստեց փաշինյանական կեղծիքը

Առաջին ատյանի դատարանը բավարարել է Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի պաշտպանի բողոքը՝ որպես խափանման միջոց բացակայելու արգելքի դեմ։ Փաստաբան Արա Զոհրաբյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա Գարեգին Բ-ի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոցը ենթակա է վերացման։ Գարեգին Երկրորդը մեղադրյալ էր դարձել շուրջ երկու ամիս առաջ՝ կարգալույծ հռչակված Գևորգ եպիսկոպոսին վերաբերող դատական ակտը չկատարելու գործով։ Ընտրվել էր խափանման միջոց՝ երկրից բացակայելու արգելքը, ինչի հետևանքով կաթողիկոսը չէր կարողացել մասնակցել Համայն Վրաստանի կաթողիկոս-պատրիարք Իլյա Երկրորդի հուղարկավորության արարողությանը։

Արդյունքում Հայաստանը հերթական անգամ հայտնվեց անհեթեթ վիճակում, իսկ կաթողիկոսի դեմ քրեական վարույթը միայն իմիջային կորուստ բերեց Հայաստանին։ Որքան էլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը Գարեգին Երկրորդին «սպառնալիք» է համարում Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար և նրա հեռացման հարցը ներառել է նախընտրական ծրագրում, փաստն այն է, որ ՀՀ անվտանգության համար միակ սպառնալիքը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է՝ իր թիմի հետ։ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու և նրա առաջնորդների դեմ գործող իշխանությունների ու նրանց խամաճիկ դատաիրավական համակարգի հետապնդումները որևէ ապագա չունեն, բայց լուրջ հետևանքներ կարող են ունենալ միջազգային ասպարեզում։

Առանց այն էլ գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են ՀՀ հեղինակությունն ու վարկը ողջ աշխարհի առջև հողին հավասարեցնելու համար։ Եկեղեցին, իհարկե, իր զուսպ և արժանապատիվ կեցվածքով հողին է հավասարեցնում Փաշինյանի բոլոր անհեթեթ ջանքերը, բայց միայն այդ կեցվածքը բավարար չէ։ Հատկապես խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ եկեղեցին պարտավոր է հստակ դիրքորոշում ունենալ՝ առաջնորդել իր հոտին՝ Հայաստանը փաշինյանական խառնամբոխի ձեռքից ազատագրելու համար։
