ՔՊ-ն միտումնավոր մերժում է Հայկ Սարգսյանի բոլոր նախագծերը

Ազգային ժողովը երեկ մերժել է քպական պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի՝ «Շիշ բռնողի» ներկայացրած «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ նախատեսող նախագծերի փաթեթը։ Կողմ քվեարկել է 3 պատգամավոր, դեմ՝ 57, ձեռնպահ՝ 6։ Նախագծով առաջարկվում էր նոր մեխանիզմ ներդնել՝ ուղղված զորակոչից խուսափելու դեպքերի կրճատմանը և ծառայող զինվորների սոցիալական վիճակի բարելավմանը։

«Միայն ցավում եմ, որ կարող է չհասցնենք մինչև ամառային զորակոչ, և 2026 թվականի ամռանը զորակոչվողները չստանան այն գումարները, որոնք արդեն իսկ հավաքագրվել են ծառայությունից խուսափած կամ կարճաժամկետ ծառայություն անցնող տղաների վճարած գումարներով»,- նշել է պատգամավորը։

Վերջինս մտահոգիչ տվյալներ է հայտնում, թե 2025 թվականին զորակոչվել է զորակոչի ենթակա անձանց ընդամենը 35%-ը, իսկ զինվորական ծառայության ենթակա անձանց շուրջ 30%-ը հրաժարվել է Հայաստանի քաղաքացիությունից։ Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ ստեղծվել է «անարդար և անհավասար իրավիճակ», երբ ծառայությունից խուսափողների թիվը գերազանցում է ծառայողներին։ Կարելի է տարբեր կերպ գնահատել Հայկ Սարգսյանի ներկայացրած նախագծի արդյունավետությունը, բայց «Քաղպայմանագիրը» վերջինիս նախագծերը վերջին շրջանում մերժում է բացառապես մեկ պատճառով՝ այն, որ նա խնդիրներ ունի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության հետ։ Վերջին շրջանում էլ սրվել են հարաբերությունները Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ, ՊՆ-ից ընդհուպ պատգամավորին մեղադրել են գաղտնի ինֆորմացիաներ դուրս բերելու մեջ, և այժմ էլ հենց Սուրեն Պապիկյանն է հորդորել իր կուսակիցներին մերժել բանակին վերաբերող Հայկ Սարգսյանի բոլոր նախագծերը։

Թեպետ «Քաղպայմանագրում» խոսում են, որ Փաշինյանի և «Շիշ բռնողի» ընտանիքի միջև հարաբերությունները վերջին շրջանում բարելավվել են, բայց խմբակցությունը սեպարատ գործունեությամբ է զբաղված՝ անընդհատ մերժելով Հայկ Սարգսյանի նախագծերը։ Արդեն նոր խորհրդարանում Հայկ Սարգսյանը չի լինի։ Լավագույն դեպքում Փաշինյանը նրան ու իր եղբորը կարող է այլ պաշտոնի նշանակել գործադիրում։ Իսկ ՔՊ-ն կազատվի ինքնուրույնություն դրսևորող պատգամավորից։
