Փաշինյանը վերջնականապես խաչ է քաշում ՀԱՊԿ-ի վրա

Հայաստանը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունում ակտիվ աշխատանքի վերադառնալու ուղղությամբ քայլեր չի ձեռնարկի։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այդ մասին հայտարարել է՝ ներկայացնելով բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում համագործակցությունների վերաբերյալ դրույթները, որոնք տեղ են գտել իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագրում։ «ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անդամակցությունը, ինչպես գիտեք, սառեցված է, և ակտիվությանը վերադառնալուն ուղղված քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվի։ Եվ սա արձանագրված է մեր նախընտրական ծրագրում»,– ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նա ներկայացրել է, թե Հայաստանը որ դեպքում պաշտոնապես կդիմի Եվրամիությանը՝ Միության լիարժեք անդամ դառնալու հարցով։ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շարունակելու է Եվրոպական միությանն անդամագրվելու չափանիշներին համապատասխանելու համար անհրաժեշտ բարեփոխումների իրականացումը, մինչև այդ չափանիշներին լիարժեք համապատասխանելը»,– խոսելով Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների մասին և դրա վերաբերյալ իշխող ուժի նախընտրական ծրագրում ներառված դրույթի մասին՝ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հասկանում են, որ հնարավոր չէ միաժամանակ լինել թե՛ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ, թե՛ Եվրոպական միության անդամ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ Փաշինյանը կրկին որոշում կայացնելու պատասխանատվությունը բարդում է շարքային քաղաքացիների վրա՝ նշելով, թե ի վերջո Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներն են որոշում կայացնելու որևէ դաշինքին անդամակցելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս կերպ նա գցում է իր վրայից պատասխանատվությունը և փորձում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին իրեն հանցակից դարձնել։ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության դեմ գործող իշխանությունների այս գործողությունները վաղ թե ուշ վատ հետևանքներ են ունենալու։ Ինքը Փաշինյանը սա հասկանում է, բայց և խրվելով իր արևմտյան տերերի խաղերի մեջ՝ որևէ բան չի կարողանում անել։
