IRI–ի նոր հարցումը խուճապի է մատնել Փաշինյանին

Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ մեկ այլ, ավելի փոքր մասշտաբների հարցում է անցկացրել, որը փոխանցել է գործող իշխանություններին։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, IRI ներկայացուցիչներն այս օրերին հանդիպումներ են ունեցել «Քաղպայմանագրի» ղեկավար կազմի հետ, ներկայացրել այդ հարցումների արդյունքները, որոնք ամենևին էլ գործող իշխանությունների շահերից չեն բխում։ Եվ Փաշինյանի ու իր թիմի վերջին շրջանի ագրեսիվ պահվածքը բացատրվում է հենց ամերիկյան կազմակերպության անցկացրած այս հարցումներով։
Ըստ այդմ, թեև Փաշինյանը դեռևս առաջատարն է մյուս բոլոր ուժերի մեջ, բայց ընդդիմադիր 3 խոշոր միավորումների՝ խորհրդարան անցնելու դեպքում, նրան պաշտոնազրկելը ընդամենը ժամերի հարց է դառնում։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, ամերիկյան վերլուծաբանների և հարցման կենտրոնի մասնագետների գնահատմամբ, պետք է ամեն ինչ անի առնվազն ընդդիմադիր ուժերից մեկի մուտքը խորհրդարան կասեցնելու համար։
Որքան էլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է շարունակել սահմանադրական մեծամասնություն ստանալու իր ցանկությունները հրամցնել ժողովրդին, Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչները, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, «Քաղպայմանագրին» հայտնել են, որ նման զարգացումը պարզապես անհնարին է։ Ըստ այդ հարցումների՝ հաշվի են առնվել նաև ձայների փոշիացման հնարավորությունը։
Ըստ այդմ՝ 25-ից 30 % քվե կարող է փոշիացվել, եթե ընտրությունների մասնակցությունը 50 տոկոսից ցածր լինի, իսկ արդեն ավելի մեծ մասնակցության դեպքում գործող իշխանությունների իշխանազրկումը լիովին իրատեսական է։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրը հայտնեց, որ Փաշինյանն անձամբ Միջազգային հանրապետական ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչներին խնդրել է չհրապարակել հարցման արդյունքները, որպեսզի առանց այն էլ հուսահատված քպականների շրջանում խուճապ չտարածեն։
