Ռուսաստանից դժգոհում են ԵՄ նոր առաքելության կապակցությամբ

Եվրամիության կողմից Հայաստանում նոր առաքելություն ուղարկելու մասին որոշումը, բնականորեն, պետք է հարուցեր Ռուսաստանի դժգոհությունը, հատկապես որ եվրոպական կառույցներն իրենք էլ չեն թաքցնում, որ այդ առաքելությունը Հայաստան ուղարկվում է ակնհայտ հակառուսական սոուսով։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան, մեկնաբանելով ԵՄ Խորհրդի կողմից Հայաստան նոր քաղաքացիական առաքելություն ուղարկելու որոշումը, ասել է, թե ԵՄ-ն կփորձի միջամտել Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին՝ անօրինական ֆինանսական հոսքերի մոնիթորինգի և ԵՄ կիբերհարձակումների դեմ պայքարի պատրվակով։

«Սա ԵՄ-ի արդեն երկրորդ քաղաքացիական առաքելությունն է երկրում, բայց պարզ է, որ նոր մեխանիզմը, որը ԵՄ-ն ներկայացնում է որպես Երևանին հիբրիդային սպառնալիքների դեմ պայքարելու համար ենթադրաբար օգնելու միջոց, Բրյուսելին կտա լրացուցիչ լծակներ հայկական նախարարությունների և ազգային ինստիտուտների նկատմամբ։ Անօրինական ֆինանսական հոսքերի հետևման և ԵՄ կիբերհարձակումների, տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիաների և երրորդ երկրների կողմից տեղեկատվական միջամտության դեմ պայքարի պատրվակով ԵՄ-ն կփորձի միջամտել Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին, և ոչ մի դեպքում չենք կարող բացառել, որ կցանկանան ազդել հունիսի 7-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքի վրա»,– ասել է Զախարովան։

Ռուսական կողմը դեռ ժամանակին դեմ էր Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելություն տեղադրելու որոշմանը։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը բազմիցս իր դժգոհությունն է հայտնել՝ ընդհուպ այդ առաքելությանը մեղադրելով Իրանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի դեմ լրտեսություն իրականացնելու մեջ։

Իսկ այժմ էլ նոր առաքելությունը, որը պետք է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին օգնի, այսպես կոչված, հիբրիդային հարձակումներին դիմագրավելու հարցում, ակնհայտորեն հակառուսական քաղաքականության վարելու մասին է, և բնական է, որ ռուսական կողմի անհանգստությունն արդեն իսկ հստակ արտահայտվում է նույնիսկ մինչ այդ առաքելության ժամանումը։ Մոսկվան չի էլ թաքցնում իր դժգոհությունը թե՛ Եվրամիության այս քայլից, թե՛ ՀՀ իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունից։
