Սովորական մանիպուլյացիա՝ վարչապետի «տիկնոջից»

Վարչապետի վերամիավորված տիկին Աննա Հակոբյանը երեկ հրատապ ասուլիս է հրավիրել, հայտարարել, թե իր իրավունքները խախտվել են և դիտարկում են Դանիել Իոաննիսյանի դեմ հնարավոր քրեական գործ հարուցելու հարցը։ Հիշեցնենք, «Անկախ դիտորդ» կազմակերպությունը ապրիլի 22-ին դիմում է ներկայացրել, ուղարկել վարչական դատարան, որի համար հիմք են հանդիսացել ընտրություններին նախորդող փուլում «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի կողմից իրականացվող բարեգործական միջոցառումները, նշել, որ «Իմ քայլը» ասոցացվում է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» հետ։ Ըստ Հակոբյանի, եթե վարչական դատարանում ապացուցվեն «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի խախտումները, իրեն սպառնում է տուգանք մինչև 6 միլիոն դրամի չափով։
Հակոբյանը պնդում է, թե իբր խախտվել են իր՝ Սահմանադրությամբ, մի շարք օրենքներով և միջազգային կոնվենցիաներով պաշտպանվող իրավունքները, և դիմել է իր փաստաբաններին ուսումնասիրություն կատարել Դանիել Իոաննիսյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ հարուցման նպատակով։ Մի կողմ թողնենք իրավական այն անգրագիտությունը, որ տարածում է Աննա Հակոբյանը, քրեական գործ կարող են հարուցել միայն քննչական մարմինները՝ ուսումնասիրելով համապատասխան հաղորդումները, այլ ոչ թե Աննա Հակոբյանը, որքան էլ վերջինս ցանկանա։ Ըստ էության, այս մեկ դրվագում գործ ունենք սովորական մանիպուլյացիայի և կեղծիքի հետ։
«Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամը, այսպես թե այնպես, ասոցացվում է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության և Փաշինյանի հետ։ Նախորդ գումարման խորհրդարանում Փաշինյանի խմբակցության անունը հենց «Իմ քայլը»-ն էր, «հեղափոխության» երգը, այլ խորհրդանիշներ հենց այդ անվանումով էին։ Հիմնադրամը ղեկավարում է Աննա Հակոբյանը, իսկ դրան տարբեր տարիների ղեկավար կազմում ընդգրկված են եղել ներկայումս բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձինք։
Մինչ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հիմքեր է ստեղծում ընդդիմության դեմ, որպեսզի չգրանցի, անկախ դիտորդները արձանագրում են գործող իշխանությունների կողմից խախտումներ։Եվ բնականաբար, սա անհանգստացնում է թե՛ Աննա Հակոբյանին, թե՛ վերջինիս նախկին/ներկա կամ վերամիավորված ամուսնուն, և դա բավականին լուրջ մտահոգություն է առաջացրել իշխող ուժի կազմում, որ պատրաստ են նույնիսկ հետապնդել շատ հարցերում իրենց համար լոյալ Իոաննիսյանին։
