Թուրք-ադրբեջանական աջակցություն Փաշինյանին

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները չափազանց մեծ ախորժակ ունեին, որ Երևանում կայանալիք Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովին կմասնակցեն նաև Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը՝ դրանով հնարավորություն տալով Փաշինյանին քարոզչության և «խաղաղության օրակարգի» նոր էջ բացել։
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ի սկզբանե հրաժարվեց։ Վերջին պահին էլ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Թուրքիան Հայաստան է ուղարկել Թուրքիայի փոխնախագահ Ջևդեթ Յըլմազին։ Ի վերջո, ինքը՝ Ալիևը, միջոցառմանը մասնակցել է տեսակապի հնարավորությամբ։ Փաշինյանը Երևանում հայտարարել է, թե Յըլմազը Թուրքիայի առաջին փոխնախագահն է, ով երբևէ այցելում է Հայաստան։ Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանին՝ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե հույս ունի, որ հնարավորություն կունենա այցելել Ադրբեջան 2028 թ․-ին, երբ Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովն այնտեղ անցկացվի։
Տեսակապով ելույթ է ունեցել նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահը, ընդ որում՝ նրա ելույթը կարելի է անվանել անվարան աջակցություն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Ըստ Ալիևի՝ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանն արդեն 9 ամիս խաղաղ ապրում են, սովորում են ապրել խաղաղության մեջ, և Հայաստանը, և Ադրբեջանը արդեն տեսնում են խաղաղության պրակտիկ օգուտները։ «Ե՛վ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանը արդեն տեսնում են խաղաղության պրակտիկ օգուտները։ Չնայած բոլոր այն մարդկանց ջանքերին, որ փորձում են խաթարել այս գործընթացը, Ադրբեջանը միտված է խաղաղության օրակարգին, և իմ հայ գործընկերոջ ելույթը դա շատ հստակ ընդգծեց»,- ասել է Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ ձեռքի հետ գովելով Փաշինյանին։
Իսկ արդեն մայիսի 5-ից 6-ը անցկացվելիք «Երևանյան երկխոսություն» դիվանագիտական-գիտական ֆորումին մասնակիցներ են լինելու նաև Թուրքիայից և Ադրբեջանից։ Եթե Ադրբեջանից միայն Թոփչուբաշև կենտրոնի ղեկավար Ռուսիֆ Հուսեյնովն է, ապա Թուրքիայից ժամանելու է հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման գործընթացում բանագնաց Սերժար Քըլըչը։
