Հեծանիվ հորինելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա․ անվտանգությունը ոչ զգացմունք է, ոչ էլ գեղեցիկ կենաց։ Անվտանգությունը սառը հաշվարկ է, հստակ դաշնակիցների առկայություն և իրական ուժ։ Օրերս Երևանում անցկացված Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթաժողովը և դրա շրջանակում հնչած հայտարարությունները (այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի կողմից) առավել ցայտուն ցույց տվեցին այն ամենամեծ վտանգը, որի առաջ այսօր կանգնած է Հայաստանը․ երկիրը փաստացի մնացել է առանց որևէ իրական անվտանգային երաշխավորի։

Հայաստանում կազմակերպվող միջազգային համաժողովներն ու արևմտյան առաջնորդների հաճախակի այցերի իրական նպատակը, ըստ էության, այլևս նույնիսկ չի էլ թաքցվում։ Խնդիրը մեկն է՝ Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից, մասնավորապես՝ Հայաստանից դուրս մղելը։ Արևմուտքը հետևողականորեն իրականացնում է իր ռազմավարությունը՝ զուգահեռաբար քաղաքական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելով գործող իշխանությանը, քանի որ վերջինս նույն հետևողականությամբ կատարում է իրեն վերագրվող օրակարգը։ Սակայն այս գործընթացի գինը ո՞վ է վճարելու, և ինչ է սպասվում Հայաստանին ու հայ ժողովրդին։

Ինչպես նշում են մի շարք փորձագետներ, եթե տարածաշրջանում չլինի Ռուսաստանը՝ որպես կոշտ ռազմական գործոն, ապա թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմն արագորեն կփորձի իր ազդեցությունը պարտադրել Հայաստանին։ Դրա հերթական վկայությունն էր նաև Ալիևի հեռավար ելույթը Երևանում անցկացվող միջոցառման ընթացքում, որն իշխանության կողմից ընդունվեց անսպասելի «նորմալությամբ»։ Հաշվարկը պարզ է․ հին դաշնակիցը հեռացվում է, իսկ նոր դաշնակիցը մնում է թղթի վրա։ Եվրոպան և հավաքական Արևմուտքը չեն պատրաստվում ռազմական ներկայությամբ պաշտպանել Հայաստանը։ Արդյունքում ձևավորվում է լիարժեք անվտանգային վակուում, որը Ադրբեջանը ձգտում է լրացնել ուժի կիրառմամբ։

Past.am-ը բազմիցս անդրադարձել է այն իրողությանը, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը այլևս տեսական վտանգ չէ։ Հարցը մեկն է և չափազանց լուրջ․ արդյո՞ք հասարակությունը լիարժեք գիտակցում է, որ գործող իշխանությունների քաղաքականության հետևանքով քանդվել է Հայաստանի միակ անվտանգային համակարգը, և երկիրը կարող է մենակ մնալ ագրեսիվ ու ախորժակ ունեցող հակառակորդի դիմաց։
