 Վերջերս շատ է խոսվում Զիկա վիրուսի մասին, ինչը շատերի մոտ կարող է խուճապ առաջացնել: Եկեք հասկանանք, թե ի՞նչ է իրենից ներկայացնում այդ հիվանդությունը և ինչպես խուսափել:

Զիկա տենդը վիրուսային հիվանդություն է, որը մարդկանց և կապիկների մոտ առաջացնում է տենդ, մաշկային ցան (էկզանտեմա), աչքի լորձաթաղանթի բորբոքում, հոդացավեր: Զիկա անվանունը ստացել է Ուգանդայում գտնվող համանուն անտառի շնորհիվ: Սկզբում հայտնաբերվել է Աֆրիկայում, սակայն արդեն մեծ տարածում է գտել Հարավային Ամերիկայում:

Կարո՞ղ է այն հայտնվել Հայաստանում, թե ոչ: Այս հարցին պատասխանելու համար եկեք տեսնենք, թե ինչպես է վիրուսը անցնում մարդուն: Հիվանդության փոխանցումը տեղի է ունենում Աեդես ցեղի մոծակների միջոցով: Շատ կարևոր է նշել, որ այդ ցեղի մոծակները ցերեկային են, այսինքն մարդուն խայթում են օրվա ցերեկային ժամերին: Նաև գրանցվել է սեռական ճանապարհով փոխանցման դեպքեր:

Իսկ հիմա ուրախացնեմ ընթերցողներին: Աեդես ցեղատեսակի մոծակները Հայաստանի համար էնդեմիկ չեն, այսինքն՝ ՀՀ-ում չեն եղել, չկան և հուսով ենք՝ երբևէ չեն լինի: Զիկայով վարակվելու ռիսկի գոտում են գտնվելու մեր այն հայրենակիցները, ովքեր որոշել են ճանապարհորդել Աֆրիկայում կամ Հարավային Ամերիկայում: Ինչպես նաև մեր մարզիկները, ովքեր մասնակցելու են Բրազիլիայում կայանալիք օլիմպիադային:

Հաշվի առնելով հիվանդության տարածման ճանապարհները և փոխանցողի առանձնահատկությունները, խորհուրդ է տրվում 2 բան.

  1. Պաշտպանվել մոծակներից
  2. Սեռական հարաբերություններ չունենալ կասկածելի ցանով մարդկանց, հետ ինչպես նաև պաշտպանվել սեռական ակտի ժամանակ:

 Մոծակների խայթոցից պաշտպանվելու համար բավարար է օգտագործել ռեպելենտ (վախեցնող) միջոցներ՝ քսուկների, սփռեյերի տեսքով: Ցերեկը մոծակները ձեզ մոտ չեն գա, իսկ գիշերը նրանք ակտիվ չեն:
