Փաշինյանի արտառոց ընտրակաշառքը կարող է ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ

Ալկոհոլի օգտագործմամբ մեքենա վարելու հետևանքով վարորդական իրավունքից զրկված քաղաքացիներին Փաշինյանի վերջին առաջարկը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան սովորական ընտրակաշառք, որը, ի դեպ, կարող է ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Վկայականից զրկվածները հաճախ բողոքի ակցիաներ են անում կառավարության դիմաց՝ բոլորովին չխորշելով այն հանգամանքից, որ իրենց զրկել են վարելու իրավունքից խմած քշելու համար։ Օրերս Փաշինյանը Հանրապետության հրապարակում հայտարարել է, թե առաջարկում են վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականը վերականգնելու նոր կարգ։
«Մենք առաջարկում ենք, որ զրկվելուց հետո մինչև 1 տարի հնարավորություն չի լինելու վերականգնելու։ Ում մեկ տարին լրացել է, մենք առաջարկում ենք առանց քննության վերականգնում, բայց որ տարում վերականգնվեց, այդ տարվա համար վարորդին տրվում է ոչ թե 13, այլ 6 բալային միավոր։ Եթե 1 տարվա ընթացքում չի զրկվում, վերադառնում է 13 բալային միավորի ռեժիմի։ Եթե 13 բալից հետո զրկվում է, դրանից հետո արդեն առանց քննության հնարավոր չի լինում վերականգնել»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։
Նա նաև քվեարկության է դրել այդ առաջարկը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում։ Ու թեև հարցվածների մեծ մասը կողմ է արտահայտվել, 23 տոկոսը հստակ դեմ է։ Ընդ որում, դեմ քվեարկածների մեջ նաև բազմաթիվ քպական պաշտոնյաներ կան, ինչը վկայում է, որ իշխող ուժի մեջ էլ դեռ մնացել են ողջամիտ մարդիկ։ ՆԳՆ տվյալներով՝ միայն 2025-ին վարորդական իրավունքից զրկվել է 5450 մարդ։ Միաժամանակ արձանագրվել է վարորդական իրավունքից զրկվածների կողմից մեքենա վարելու 9466 դեպք, ընդ որում՝ այդ դեպքերը վերջին հինգ տարիներին գրեթե քառապատկվել են։ Փաշինյանի առաջարկի ընդդիմախոսները պնդում են, որ անպատժելիությունը կավելացնի ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների թիվը, որոնց հետևանքով 2025-ին զոհվել է 283 մարդ, 7073-ը՝ վնասվածքներ ստացել։ Գործող իշխանության ղեկավարին այս փաստը, կարծես, քիչ է հուզում։ Հանուն մի քանի հարյուր կամ հազար ձայնի նա պատրաստ է ցանկացած ապօրինության, այդ թվում՝ օրինախախտներին ինդուլգենցիա բաժանելու։
