IDBank-ը «Women in Leadership Forum & Awards 2026»-ի ռազմավարական գործընկերն էր, որ մեկ հարկի տակ էր միավորել ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում հաջողություն գրանցած առաջնորդ կանանց։

IDBank-ի Մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման տնօրեն Սոնա Մանուչարյանի խոսքով՝ Բանկը մշտապես կանգնած է նման միջոցառումների կողքին․ «Այսօր արդեն անհերքելի փաստ է, որ կանանց դերը ցանկացած բիզնեսում կարևոր է և միևնույն ժամանակ կարևոր է, որ բիզնեսում կանանց և տղամարդկանց համար լինեն հավասար պայմաններ։ Ուրախությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ IDBank-ի միջին օղակի ղեկավարներից սկսած շուրջ 53%-ը կանայք են։ Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը կայացնում է այնպիսի որոշումներ, որոնք առանցքային են բիզնեսի հաջողության համար», - նշեց Սոնա Մանուչարյանը։
Այս ֆորումը ստեղծվել է կին առաջնորդների համայնքը Հայաստանում միավորելու և ամրացնելու համար, բայց առաջնորդությունը ոչ միայն պաշտոնի, այլև պատասխանատվության մասին է, պատասխանատվություն՝ աջակցելու թիմերին և ստեղծելու զարգացման նոր հեռանկարներ։
«Մենք այսօր ունենք մոտ երկու հարյուր կին առաջնորդներ, ովքեր այստեղ են և ներգրավվել են մեր կազմակերպչական փուլին։ Երբ առաջացավ նման ֆորմատի կրթական ֆորում կազմակերպելու միտքը, շատ ոգևորվեցինք և ակտիվ անցանք գործի, որովհետև տեսնում ենք, որ մեր հասարակությունում կանայք ունեն առաջնորդներ լինելու պոտենցիալը։ Ինչպես նաև եթե չլիներ IDBank-ը, այս ֆորումը իրականություն չէր դառնա», - ասաց «Women in Leadership Forum & Awards 2026»-ի համահիմնադիր Մանե Բարեղամյանը։
