Ինչպե՞ս է Փաշինյանը ստում վիզաների հարցում

Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների այս քարոզարշավն աչքի է ընկնում գործող իշխանությունների կողմից կեղծ խոստումներ տալու ռեկորդային առատությամբ։ Ընդ որում, իշխանությունը խաբում է առանց ամաչելու՝ սեփական ընտրողներին դնելով հիմարի տեղ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ Շիրակի մարզում քարոզարշավի ընթացքում հայտարարել է, թե ամենաուշը երկու տարում լուծելու են ՀՀ-ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման հարցը․ «Այդ ժամանակ ձեզ մնալու է Լառնակա գնալու համար անձնագիր չմոռանալ, տոմսն էլ, դե, գիտեք՝ երկու եվրո է»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։
Լառնակայի ամենաէժան տոմսն այսօրվա դրությամբ 18 եվրո է, այն էլ՝ եթե թոշակառուն հասցնի վիզա հանել մինչև մայիսի 31-ն ու այդ օրը մեկնել Կիպրոս։ Մյուս օրերին՝ մինչև ամռան վերջ, տոմսերի գները մի քանի անգամ թանկ են։ Բայց խոսքը տոմսերի մասին չէ, այլ վիզաների ազատականացման գործընթացի։
Նույնիսկ ամենալավատեսական կանխատեսումներով, ըստ մասնագետների, առնվազն 4 տարի կպահանջվի բոլոր ընթացակարգերն անցնելու համար, եթե ԵՄ-ն արագացված տեմպերով ու առանց հակազդեցության հաստատի Հայաստանի հայտը։ Մայիսի 5-ին Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիու Կոշտայի և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի ներկայությամբ Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը ՆԳ նախարար, ԵՄ-ի հետ վիզաների ազատականացման հարցով Հայաստանի գլխավոր բանակցող Արփինե Սարգսյանին է փոխանցել առաջընթացի առաջին զեկույցը։
Ընթացիկ բարեփոխումների իրականացման արդյունքներից ելնելով՝ գործընթացի ամբողջական ավարտի և առանց վիզայի ռեժիմի գործարկման համար պահանջվում է առնվազն 4 տարի։ Իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունները շարունակում են մանիպուլացնել, ստել, խաբել իրենց իսկ ընտրողին։
