«Եթե» բառ ընդհանրապես գոյություն չունի։ Մենք հաղթելու ենք։ Այս մասին հունիսի 2-ին Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի շենքի մոտ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Սամվել Կարապետյանը։
Լրագրողների հարցին, թե արդյոք պատրաստ է հեռանալ քաղաքականությունից, եթե «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունների դաշինքը չհասնի հաջողության, Կարապետյանը պատասխանել է, որ նման սցենար պարզապես չի դիտարկում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ թիմը լիովին վստահ է իր ուժերին, իսկ իշխանությունների փորձերը՝ ընդդիմությանը ներկայացնելու որպես նախկինների վերադարձ կամ ընտրողներին վախեցնելու միջոց, այլևս չեն գործում։
Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ, ի տարբերություն նախորդ ընտրական գործընթացների, իր քաղաքական ուժը պայքարում է բացառապես հաղթանակի համար և պատրաստ է մինչև վերջ պաշտպանել իր արդյունքը։
«Մեր թիմում չկա ոչ մի մարդ, որը գոնե կհասկանա, թե ինչպես են փողեր լվացվում, փոխարենը գործող իշխանությունները հրաշալի հասկանում են, թե ինչ են լվանում, երբ ասֆալտ են փռում»,- ընդգծել է Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով իր դեմ առաջադրված մեղադրանքներին։
Նա քննադատել է իրավապահ մարմինների գործողությունները՝ դրանք անվանելով հերթական անօրինականություն և անհիմն քայլ։ Կարապետյանի համոզմամբ՝ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ընդդիմադիր գործիչների և իրենց թիմակիցների նկատմամբ իրականացվող ձերբակալություններն ու քրեական հետապնդումները քաղաքական բնույթ ունեն և ուղղված են ճնշում գործադրելուն։
Քաղաքական գործչի խոսքով՝ նման մեթոդներով հնարավոր չէ ապահովել իշխանության վերարտադրությունը, քանի որ հարուցված բազմաթիվ գործեր չեն դիմանում իրավական քննադատությանը։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ նախկինում աղմկահարույց գործերով ձերբակալված հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներից կալանքի տակ մնացել է միայն փոքր մասը, ինչը, նրա գնահատմամբ, վկայում է առաջադրված մեղադրանքների անհիմն լինելու մասին։
Սամվել Կարապետյանը նաև հայտնել է, որ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվելու գործընթացն արդեն սկսված է իրավական կարգով, սակայն այն ձգձգվում է՝ պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների կողմից իր պաշտոնական դիմումներին ժամանակին արձագանք չտալու պատճառով։
