Արդեն երեք տարի Արարատի մարզի Քաղցրաշեն գյուղում Սյուզաննա Բարսեղյանն արտադրում է բնական անուշահամ չրեր և հատուկ բաղադրատոմսով չրահունց կոնֆետներ։

Իր ընկերությունը Սյուզաննան կոչել է Suebar` իր անվան և ազգանվան առաջին վանկերով։ Հատուկ բաղադրատոմսով և առողջ քաղցրավենիք նախընտրողների համար պատրաստվող կոնֆետների գրեթե ամբողջ չրային հումքը Սյուզաննան մշակում է սեփական այգում։ Ծիրանի, խնձորի, թզի, սալորի ու դեղձի չրերից պատրաստվող կոնֆետներում որպես քաղցրացուցիչ օգտագործվում է բնական մեղրը։

Սյուզաննան օգնում է նաև համագյուղացիներին. բնական չրերի համար անհրաժեշտ մնացյալ մրգերը ձեռք է բերում հարազատ Քաղցրաշեն գյուղից։

Suebar-ն Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և Իմփաքթ Հաբի ֆելոուշիփի մասնակիցներից է, որի շնորհիվ Սյուզաննան բիզնեսի զարգացման համար մեկ տարի մասնակցել է  դասընթացների և խորհրդատվություններ ստացել տարբեր ոլորտների մենթորներից:

«Կոնֆետների գաղափարը առաջացավ այն պահից, երբ երեխաներս որոշեցին հրաժարվել շաքարից։ Մեր տան եղած միակ քաղցրը մեր չրերը դարձան. փորձեցինք չրերով ստանալ կոնֆետ ու ստացվեց: Այսպես ստեղծվեց մեր բիզնես գաղափարը։ Կոնֆետների պատրաստման մեջ օգտագործում ենք մի քանի պատումներ՝ բազուկ, կոկոսի փաթիլներ, քունջութ, ընկույզ, նարնջի փոշի, պիստակ, դդմի կորիզ և նանա: Մեր բիզնեսում եկավ մի ժամանակ, երբ հասկացանք, որ մեզ պակասում են գիտելիքները: Տեղեկացանք Ակբա Ֆեդերացիայի և Իմփաքթ Հաբի համատեղ ծրագրի մասին, որին մասնակցեցինք ու մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տարբեր մենթորների շնորհիվ ունեցանք գիտելիքներ, որոնք կիրառում ենք մեր բիզնեսում։ Նշեմ նաև, որ ֆելոուշիփի հաղթող ենք, ստացել ենք դրամաշնորհ, որը կիրառելու ենք մեր բիզնեսի զարգացման համար»,- նշել է  Suebar-ի հիմնադիր Սյուզաննա Բարսեղյանը։

Սյուզաննա Բարսեղյանի առաջիկա նպատակն է ընդլայնել Suebar-ն ու հիմնադրել սեփական բրենդային խանութը, որտեղ ներկայացված կլինեն բնական թարմ չրեր և մշտապես նորացվող չրահունց կոնֆետների լայն տեսականի:
