ria.ru–ն «Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտի մի մասն առանց ռուսական շուկայի կործանման եզրին է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՀՀ-ից գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտահանման անկումը կազմում է մոտավորապես 70-80 %։ Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Միքայել յանը ria.ru–ի հետ զրույցում կարծիք է հայտնել, որ ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտի արտահանմանը միտված մասը կործանման եզրին է, եթե ռուսական շուկաները փակ մնան դրա համար, և այդ իրավիճակը հաղթահարելու համար Հայաստանը պետք է դադարեցնի Ռուսաստանի հետ թշնամանքը։ «Գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտը, հատկապես արտահանմանը միտված մասը՝ տնային տնտեսությունները, փոքր և միջին բիզնեսը, արդեն իսկ տառապում են և վնասներ կրում։ Ընդ որում, ներկայիս տրվող սուբսիդիաները չեն ծածկում այդ վնասները, և եթե երկուերեք ամսվա ընթացքում իրավիճակը չփոխվի, ապա շատերը կարող են սնանկանալ կամ առնվազն սեզոնի ավարտից հետո հայտնվել անկայուն ֆինանսական իրավիճակում», - նշել է փորձագետը։

Նրա խոսքով, այս ամենը դեռևս մեծ ազդեցություն չի ունեցել մակրոտնտեսական մակարդակի վրա։ «Մենք դեռևս չունենք հունիսի արտաքին առևտրի վիճակագրություն, ուստի ես չեմ կարող որևէ վերջնական բան ասել։ Այնուամենայնիվ, լրատվամիջոցները հրապարակել են պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեին ուղղված հարցման արդյունքները, որոնք ցույց են տվել, որ գյուղատնտեսական արտահանման մեծ մասը նվազել է մոտավորապես 70-80 %-ով, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ նույնիսկ ավելի։ Հետևաբար, վնասն ակնհայտորեն զգալի է», - նշել է Միքայել յանը։
