«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
lentv24.ru-ն «Սերգեյ Պերմինով. Հայաստանի վարչապետի հայտարարությունները հաստատում են նրա մտադրությունը՝ կրճատել Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խնդրել է Մոսկվային իր երկաթուղու կառավարումը փոխանցել երրորդ երկրի, որպեսզի բաց չթողնի հանրապետությունը միջազգային տրանսպորտային համակարգին ինտեգրելու պատմական հնարավորությունը։ Փաշինյանը հարցի արագ և բարեկամական լուծման հույս է հայտնել։ Լենինգրադի մարզից սենատոր Սերգեյ Պերմինովը lentv24.ru-ին պատմել է, թե ինչու է Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը փորձում ստիպել Ռուսաստանին՝ հրաժարվել հայկական երկաթուղիների վերահսկողությունից 12-ամյա համաձայնագրի ժամկետի ավարտից առաջ։
«ՀՀ վարչապետի հայտարարությունները հաստատում են նրա մտադրությունը՝ կրճատել Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը։ Նրա համար հարցը ոչ թե այն է, թե արդյո՞ք դա ճիշտ ընտրություն է, այլ այն, թե ինչպե՞ս առաջ շարժվել նվազագույն ջանքերով։ Նա աստիճանաբար երկիրը շրջում է այլ ուղղությամբ՝ կրճատելով Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը», - նշել է սենատորը՝ ավելացնելով, որ երկաթուղու հարցը քաղաքական է։
«Դրա մասին քննարկումը դժվար թե պատահական լինի, քանի որ այն զարգանում է ԵՄ անդամակցության համար դիմելու հայտարարված մտադրության համատեքստում: Երևանը, հավանաբար, կարծում է, որ այդ ակտիվը կարող է օգտակար լինել ոչ միայն եկամտի, այլ նաև արևմտյան գործընկերների հետ կապեր հաստատելու առումով», - հավելել է խորհրդարանականը:
Պերմինովը նաև բացատրել է, որ, կարծես թե, ռուս մենեջերներն են դիտվում որպես այդ ամենի խոչընդոտ: «Վարչապետը հստակեցնում է, որ նրանց ծառայությունները այլևս անհրաժեշտ չեն: Ակտիվն իսկապես արժեքավոր է, քանի որ այն գերազանց վիճակում է: Այնուամենայնիվ, մեծ հարց է այն, թե արդյո՞ք Հայաստանի նոր ընկերները կօգտագործեն այն նույն կերպ, ինչպես Ռուսաստանը: Երևանը, անշուշտ, կորուստներ կկրի այդ քայլից», - եզրափակել է նա:
