Ամուլսարի շրջակա համայնքների զարգացման համար տարեկան 7-9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կհատկացվի

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանն օգոստոսի 31-ին ստորագրել է «Ամուլսարի ոսկու հանքի ծրագրի» շրջանակում Համայնքային զարգացման համաձայնագիրը, որով նախատեսվում են տարեկան 7-9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի, իսկ առաջին 18-ամսյա ժամանակահատվածի համար՝ 10.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի համայնքային զարգացման ներդրումներ։
Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի, ՀՀ կառավարության՝ ի դեմս ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության, և Ջերմուկ, Վայք ու Սիսիան համայնքների միջև։
Համաձայնագրով «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն ստանձնում է համայնքային զարգացման տարեկան ֆինանսական ներդրումներ կատարելու պարտավորություն՝
- շինարարության փուլում՝ տարեկան 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամ,
- արտադրության փուլում՝ տարեկան 7 մլն կամ 9 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամ՝ կախված համապատասխան ժամանակահատվածում ոսկու միջին գնից,
- 2025 թ. հուլիսի 1-ից մինչև 2026 թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ն ընկած առաջին 18-ամսյա ժամանակահատվածի համար՝ 10.5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամ։
Համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է նաև ստեղծել «Ամուլսարի համայնքային զարգացման հիմնադրամ», որի միջոցով կիրականացվի համայնքային զարգացման ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման և կառավարման հիմնական մասը։
Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են նաև «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրեն Հայկ Ալոյանը, Վայքի համայնքապետ Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանը, Սիսիանի համայնքապետ Հովսեփ Առաքելյանը և Ջերմուկի համայնքապետ Մանան Գևորգյանը։
Ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա են եղել «Լիդիան Արմենիայում» Կառավարության ներկայացուցիչ Գնել Սանոսյանը, Վայոց Ձորի մարզպետ Վահագն Արսենյանը և Սյունիքի մարզպետ Ռոբերտ Ղուկասյանը։
Համաձայնագրի նպատակն է ծրագրի ազդեցության ենթակա համայնքների սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացմանն ուղղված ֆինանսական աջակցության տրամադրման, կառավարման, բաշխման և վերահսկողության միասնական իրավական և ինստիտուցիոնալ շրջանակի սահմանումը։
Համաձայնագրով սահմանված ազդակիր բնակավայրերն են Ջերմուկը, Կեչուտը, Գնդեվազը, Սարավանը՝ ներառյալ Սարալանջը և Ուղեձորը, և Գորայքը։
