Երբ ԱՄՆ-ի հեգեմոնիան կասկածի տակ է, Հայաստանը հայտնվում է ամենավտանգավոր դիրքում. Մհեր Ավետիսյան

ԱՄՆ-ը ԲՐԻՔՍ-ը քանդելու և տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության՝ Ռուսաստանի ձևավորած սխեման ավերելու նպատակով հարվածեց Իրանին։ Արդյունքում, այո՛, Իրանը պատասխան հարվածներ հասցրեց Միացյալ Նահանգների դաշնակիցներին, որոնցից մեկը նաև ԲՐԻՔՍ-ի անդամ է, իսկ Սաուդյան Արաբիան ԲՐԻՔՍ-ից դուրս եկավ Թրամփի պահանջով և սխալվեց։ Իմ կարծիքով՝ նրանք ապագայում կփորձեն իրենց սխալը ուղղել, չնայած որ արդեն իսկ կատարել են մեկ քայլ, որից կարող ենք եզրահանգել, որ նրանք սխալվել են։
 
Բայց ԱՄՆ-ը, ռեգիոնը խառնելուց բացի, նաև ցույց տվեց, որ այս ռեգիոնում ևս իր հեգեմոնիան կասկածի տակ է, որ այս ռեգիոնում ևս ինքը չի կարողանում անվերապահորեն լուծել բոլոր այն խնդիրները, որոնք դրել է իր առաջ։ Ավելի հին ռեգիոնալ խաղացողները սկսել են չվստահել Ամերիկային և չհավատալ նրա հեգեմոնիային։
 
Սրա ամենավառ օրինակներից մեկն այն է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի դաշնակից՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ Թուրքիան բացահայտ խաղում է ԱՄՆ-ի հեգեմոնիան քանդելու ճամբարում, Ամերիկայի դաշնակից Պակիստանի և Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ համատեղ դաշինք են ստեղծում, որպեսզի իրենց անվտանգության խնդիրները լուծեն, իսկ սա, իր հերթին, ցույց է տալիս, որ նույնիսկ Ամերիկայի դաշնակիցների մոտ Ամերիկայի հեգեմոնիան այլևս կասկածի տակ է։
 
Հիմա, նման իրավիճակում, երբ Միացյալ Նահանգների հեգեմոնիան քանդվում է, և աշխարհի լուրջ պետություններն այլևս չեն ցանկանում այդ հեգեմոնիան հանդուրժել, Հայաստանը գնում իր կամքով, հայտնվում է մի իրավիճակում, որ հենց ամենավտանգավոր ռեգիոնում, որտեղ գտնվում է Հայաստանը, դառնում է Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների շահերի պահապանը, դաշնակիցը, գործընկերը, դառնում է Միացյալ Նահանգների ամենատարօրինակ և ոչ ադեկվատ նախագահի գործընկերը։ Ավելին՝ այդ մարդու անունը բերում, գրում է իր պետության և Իրանի սահմանին։
 
 Ժողովուրդ ջան, սա նորմալ իրավիճակ չէ, և մենք պետք է գիտակցենք նախ մեր պետության ռեալ չափերը, հնարավորությունները, ովքեր են մեր հարևանները, ինչ միջավայրում ենք մենք ապրում, ինչ պատմական անցյալ ունենք մենք և մեր հարևանները, որոնք են մեր ռեգիոնի խոշոր խաղացողները, և հասկանանք, որ մենք չենք կարող ինչ ուզում ենք անել՝ ասելով, որ մենք անկախ պետություն ենք, ինչ ուզում ենք՝ անենք։ Մյուս պետություններն էլ են անկախ պետություններ, ու եթե հանկարծ իրենք էլ սկսեն իրենք ինչ ուզում են անել, հաստատ մեր համար շատ մեծ խնդիրներ ենք ստեղծել։
 
 Դրա համար եմ ես ասում, որ քաղաքականությունը գիտություն է և բավականին ճշգրիտ։ Այստեղ էմոցիաներ, ցանկություններ, երազանքներ չկա։ Մենք պետք է հստակ կարողանանք հաշվել մեր շահերը, և շահերը հաշվելը ևս բարդ գիտություն է, որովհետև շահերը չեն հաշվում երազանքների ու ցանկությունների հիման վրա, այլ հաշվվում են իրական հնարավորությունների, և, ամենակարևորը, այնպես պետք է հաշվես քո շահերը, որ դրանք չհակադրես քո հարևանների, առավել ևս՝ քո ռեգիոնի խոշոր խաղացողների շահերին։
Հակառակ պարագայում այդ շահերի հակադրությունը բերելու է նրան, որ դու՝ որպես պետություն, սկսելու ես սպառնալիք ընկալվել խոշոր խաղացողների և նրանց աշխարհաքաղաքական խնդիրների համար, իսկ սա արդեն ցանկացած բանիմաց մարդ կարող է հասկանալ՝ ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի համար։
