Իրականում ի՞նչ կատարվեց ընտրություններից հետո. ինչո՞ւ ոմանց մոտ լռություն սկսվեց

Խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ավարտից հետո Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում աչքի ընկավ մի ուշագրավ երևույթ․ ընտրարշավի ընթացքում ակտիվորեն հանդես եկող մի շարք քաղաքական ուժեր ընտրություններից հետո հայտնվեցին հանրային տեսադաշտից դուրս։

Այս համատեքստում քննադատության և քննարկումների առարկա են դարձել Արման Թաթոյանի «Միասնության թևեր» շարժումն ու Գուրգեն Սիմոնյանի ղեկավարած «Հայաստանի Շնորհապետական» կուսակցությունը։ Քննադատների գնահատմամբ՝ այս ուժերի հետընտրական ակտիվության բացակայությունը հարցեր է առաջացնում նրանց հետագա քաղաքական գործունեության և ընտրողների առջև ստանձնած պատասխանատվության վերաբերյալ։

Թեև նշված քաղաքական միավորումները չեն հաղթահարել Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացվածություն ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ շեմը, նրանց ստացած ձայները կարող են ունենալ նաև ֆինանսական հետևանքներ։ Գործող օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված պայմանների համաձայն՝ որոշակի նվազագույն արդյունք ապահոված քաղաքական ուժերը կարող են պետական բյուջեից ստանալ ֆինանսավորում։

Սա էլ իր հերթին առաջ է բերում մեկ կարևոր հարց․ եթե քաղաքական ուժը ստանում է հանրային ֆինանսավորում, ապա արդյո՞ք դրան պետք է հաջորդի նաև շարունակական քաղաքական և հանրային գործունեություն։

Առանձին ուշադրության է արժանի Արման Թաթոյանի քաղաքական գործունեությունը։ Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպանը ընտրություններից առաջ ներկայացվում էր որպես քաղաքական դաշտում նոր այլընտրանք ձևավորելու հավակնող գործիչ։ Սակայն ընտրություններից հետո նրա հրապարակային ակտիվության նվազումը նկատելի է դարձել։

Քաղաքական գործընթացներին զուգահեռ՝ հանրային քննարկումների կենտրոնում են գտնվում նաև իրավական և մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված բազմաթիվ հարցեր։ Այս պայմաններում Թաթոյանի և նրա ղեկավարած շարժման հետընտրական դիրքորոշումների վերաբերյալ հասարակության շրջանում կարող են առաջանալ բնական հարցեր։

Նման իրավիճակ է նկատվում նաև Գուրգեն Սիմոնյանի ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի դեպքում։ Քարոզարշավի ընթացքում ակտիվորեն հանդես եկող և արտաքին քաղաքական թեմաների վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններ անող քաղաքական գործչի հետընտրական ակտիվությունը, ըստ հրապարակային դաշտում առկա տեղեկատվության, զգալիորեն նվազել է։

Past.am-ի դիտարկմամբ՝ այս ամենը ավելի լայն խնդիր է առաջ բերում՝ որքանո՞վ են ընտրություններից հետո քաղաքական ուժերը շարունակում պատասխանատվություն կրել իրենց ընտրողների առաջ։ Ընտրարշավի ընթացքում ստացած քվեները միայն ընտրության օրվա արդյունք չեն․ դրանք նաև հասարակության կողմից տրված վստահության մանդատ են։

Եթե որևէ քաղաքական ուժ չի անցնում խորհրդարան, սակայն շարունակում է ստանալ պետական ֆինանսավորում, հանրության համար առավել կարևոր է դառնում հասկանալ՝ ինչ գործունեություն է իրականացվում այդ միջոցների հաշվին և ինչ քաղաքական նպատակներով է պահպանվում տվյալ կառույցը։

Ի վերջո, քաղաքական դաշտում ընտրություններից ընտրություն հայտնվելն ու այնուհետև հանրային կյանքից հեռանալը կարող է խորացնել քաղաքացիների հիասթափությունը քաղաքական գործընթացների նկատմամբ։ Իսկ ընտրողների ձայների հետագա ճակատագիրը շարունակում է մնալ այն հարցերից մեկը, որի շուրջ քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է առավել հստակ հաշվետվողականություն ապահովեն։
