Երեկ Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից հերթական անգամ ականատես եղանք տգիտության, և անընդունելի մաներաների մի աներևակայելի դրսևորման։ Օրենսդիր մարմնի բարձրագույն ամբիոնից ելույթ էր ունենում մի կին պատգամավոր, որի խոսքն ու վարքագիծն ուղղակիորեն անհամատեղելի են Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի կոչման և մանդատի հետ։
Սա միայն տվյալ անձի անհատական խայտառակությունը չէ. սա առաջին հերթին հարված է ձեր վստահությանը, ձեր քվեին և մեր պետականության վարկանիշին։
 
Դիմում եմ հատկապես ձեզ՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը քվե տված ընտրողներիդ.
Սա՞ է ձեր պատկերացրած ժողովրդավարությունը: Մի՞թե այս մակարդակի խոսույթն ու վարքագիծն են ներկայացնում ձեր արժեքները։
 
Մինչև երբ է հանրությունը հանդուրժելու տգիտությունն ու անգրագիտությունը: Ամեն անգամ, երբ նման գործիչները մոտենում են ամբիոնին, ստվերվում է պետության լրջությունն ու օրենսդիր իշխանության հեղինակությունը։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չկա «հրամայական մանդատ», և օրենքը քաղաքացուն չի տալիս պատգամավորին անմիջապես հետ կանչելու իրավական մեխանիզմ։ ԲԱՅՑ ԴՈՒՔ ՈՒՆԵՔ ՔԱՂԱՔԱԿԱՆ ԵՎ ԲԱՐՈՅԱԿԱՆ ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔ։
Այդ մանդատը տրվել է ձեր քվեով, և հենց դուք եք այն քաղաքական ուժի տերը, որն այդ անձին ընդգրկել է իր ցուցակում։ Դադար տվեք այս խայտառակությանը։
 
Մեր պահանջը պարզ է.
 
Սկսե՛ք ներկուսակցական և հանրային քննարկում տվյալ պատգամավորի վարքագծի և մանդատի համատեղելիության շուրջ։
 
Պահանջե՛ք ձեր նախընտրած քաղաքական ուժից՝ ստիպել տվյալ պատգամավորին վայր դնել մանդատը և ազատել ամբիոնը անհարիր վարքագծից։
 
Մի՛ դարձեք այս որակի պատանդը: Լռությունը համադրվում է համաձայնության հետ։
 
Ժամանակն է ցույց տալու, որ ընտրողի քվեն անսահմանափակ թույլտվություն չէ անպատասխանատվության և տգիտության համար։ Պահանջե՛ք քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն և ետ կանչեք ձեր վստահությունը։
