ՄԱԿ-ը չունի ազդեցության լծակներ այն հակամարտությունների կողմերի վրա, որոնք այժմ ընթանում են աշխարհում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիու Գուտերեշը, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Խնդիրն այն է, որ, եկեք անկեղծ լինենք, մենք չունենք հակամարտությունների կողմերի վրա ազդեցության լծակներ, որպեսզի նրանք լրջորեն ընդունեն մեր նախաձեռնությունները։ Սա դառնում է ավելի ու ավելի դժվար, քանի որ հակամարտությունները դառնում են ավելի ու ավելի բարդ, և դրանցում ներգրավված են ավելի շատ դերակատարներ»,- Al Jazeera հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է նա։

Այս կապակցությամբ Գուտերեշը նաև հայտարարել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն չի տալիս հակամարտությունների լուծման համար։

Կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարը խոսել է աշխարհում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին Սուդանում շարունակվող հակամարտության համատեքստում։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այս հարցում ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ն պառակտված էր։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի (ԳԱ) 81-րդ նստաշրջանի համաքաղաքական քննարկումը սկսվում է երեքշաբթի Նյու Յորքում։ Առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում շուրջ 130 համաշխարհային առաջնորդներ կհավաքվեն համաշխարհային կազմակերպության շտաբ-կայանում, որտեղ Մերձավոր Արևելքում և Ուկրաինայում շարունակվող հակամարտությունների, արհեստական ինտելեկտի և հենց ՄԱԿ-ի ապագայի շուրջ քննարկումների ֆոնին կներկայացնեն իրենց երկրների դիրքորոշումները հիմնական միջազգային խնդիրների վերաբերյալ։ Ընդհանուր բանավեճերը կշարունակվեն սեպտեմբերի 22-ից 26-ը և կավարտվեն սեպտեմբերի 28-ին։
