Օրակարգի էվոլյուցիան. ո՞վ և ինչպե՞ս է Հայաստանում ձևավորում հակառուսական նարատիվները

Թվում է, թե հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վերջին զարգացումների ֆոնին տեղեկատվական և վերլուծական կենտրոնները պետք է առաջնահերթորեն կենտրոնացած լինեին ճգնաժամի հանգուցալուծմանն ուղղված առողջ ու կառուցողական հրապարակումների վրա։ Սակայն մեր և փորձագիտական համայնքի դիտարկումները ցույց են տալիս, որ տեղեկատվական դաշտում արձանագրվել է բոլորովին այլ պատկեր։
Բավականին հետաքրքիր է հետևել, թե ինչպես է փոխվել Երևանյան իշխանամետ մեդիայի «ձեռագիրը»։ Ավանդական ԶԼՄ-ներն ու հայտնի Telegram-ալիքները, որոնք ներկայացնում են իշխանամետ և արևմտամետ մեդիահարթակները, այսօր աշխատում են զարմանալիորեն համահունչ ու միանման խմբագրական գծով։ Ակնհայտ է, որ այս տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսները որդեգրել են արևմտյան քարոզչական արշավներին բնորոշ գործելաոճը։ Նրանց գլխավոր թիրախը դարձել է ռուսական քաղաքականության համակարգված քննադատությունը, ընդ որում՝ շատ հաճախ օգտագործվում են բավականին կասկածելի առիթներ։ Տպավորություն է, թե հակառուսական հռետորաբանությունը դարձել է այս պարբերականների այցեքարտը, որոնք աշխատում են արևմտյան խորհրդատուների և ԵՄ առաքելությունների հետ սերտ շփման մեջ։
Երևանյան իշխանամետ մեդիան ջանասիրաբար առաջ է մղում նաև պաշտոնական Կիևի թեզերը։ Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամը լուսաբանելիս իշխանամետ և արևմտամետ մեդիահարթակներն ամբողջ շեշտը դնում են ռուսական ենթակառուցվածքներին հասցվող վնասների և արևմտյան զենքի «հզորության» վրա։ Հայ ժողովրդի պատմական փորձի ֆոնին նման մոտեցումը, մեղմ ասած, հարցեր է առաջացնում։ Սա ավելի շատ նման է արևմտյան օրակարգին հաճոյանալու փորձի, որի համատեքստում էլ երկրի ղեկավարությունը փորձում է տեսնել Հայաստանի ապագան։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, հանրությանն ակտիվորեն ներարկվում է «ռուսական սպառնալիքի» թեզը։ Իշխանական փորձագետներն ու իշխանամետ և արևմտամետ մեդիահարթակները համառորեն պնդում են, թե Մոսկվան իբր ձգտում է սահմանափակել Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունը և պատմականորեն մեր երկրին նայել է զուտ գործիքի աչքերով։ Հռետորաբանությունն այնքան է սրվել, որ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե փորձ է արվում ամբողջությամբ վերանայել երկու երկրների պատմական հարաբերությունները։
Այս ամենի գլխավոր նպատակը պարզ է՝ Հայաստանին պոկել իր ավանդական դաշնակցից։ Հանրությանը գեղեցիկ փաթեթավորմամբ մատուցվում է «եվրոպական ընտրության» հեռանկարը, այնինչ եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաներն իրենք շատ ավելի զսպված են։ Օրինակ՝ Բրյուսելում արդեն իսկ բացահայտ կասկածներ են հնչում անվիզա ռեժիմի մասին, որն այնքան խանդավառությամբ խոստանում էին հայկական իշխանությունները։
Ցավալին այն է, որ Երևանյան իշխանամետ մեդիայում իսպառ բացակայում է լուրջ վերլուծությունը․ ի՞նչ է սպասվում Հայաստանին, եթե Ռուսաստանի հետ կապերը թուլանան։ Այս տեղեկատվական ռեսուրսները խնամքով խուսափում են բովանդակային քննարկումներից, թե ինչ տնտեսական ու քաղաքական ցնցումների կարող է բախվել երկիրը ԵՄ-ի հետ շտապողական ինտեգրման դեպքում։ Իսկ գործընկերների հնչեցրած հիմնավոր քննադատությանն ու զգուշացումներին հավասարակշռված վերլուծության փոխարեն պատասխանում են սովորական էմոցիոնալ հարձակումներով։
